It is a tiny bit better than hostel but they pretend to be a high class accommodation Firstly, the staff did not reply to my messages on No pics of the gym, for a good reason. I found some on a different website and it is so misleading !!! The staff entered my room before my check out... The elevators were not working great Pool was small and disappointing. It was dirty and had a lot of bugs im the bathroom

- Kalmer (10/5): Nice hotel next to the national park - Good location, just 0,5 km from the main attraction - the center of Thekkady National park. Comfortable, clean and spacious room, tasty breakfast. There is a small pool on the roof that was nice to use after a long hike in the nature. Vijay and other guys working in the reception were always very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there. Nothing

- Jai (3/5): I never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s not worth to the price - Just okay type of hotel Dirty bedsheets and dirty pillows was used on the bed. I don’t even think bedsheets were washed for a while mmm. AC is not working. AC would be in ON and at 18C. But it’s name sake. AC doesn’t work. Room is very hot and ended up with fan. Towels are dirty and no hand towels. Shower doors are not getting closed properly and ended up with messy bathroom. Also there is no bell boy to get baggage to room. International credit cards are not accepted to save some money towards payment gateway. Overall my experience is horrible.

They kept making noise throughout the night in the hallway and all over the hotel and the staff didn't try to control the chaos. Even after calling them and informing them about it nothing was done. It would have been good if the staff was attentive and informs the guests about not creating chaos in the hotel.

Be very cautious and careful while ur stay! - Stay experience was awesome, but it spoiled due to the theft of cash from my travel bag. Room was superb and dinning was also good. Theft of cash Rs.5,400/- from our travel bag happened during the stay here. The travel bag which contained this cash amount was lifted by staff to room and we were made to sit in lobby for check-in progress. There was no responsible revert from management for my loss. Don't believe the staffs here they r highly defective.

But the management was very rude and didn't reduce the price of one day for two rooms even though Booking dot com confirmed that it's the decision of the hotel management. I feel that the hotel management is greedy. So be very careful.
