• Beatriz (4/5): Spacious apartment BUT extremely bad kept and managed! Use your money -wisely- somewhere else. - The spaciousness of the apartment. Quiet neighbourhood. We took a 4-week trip through Greece and Italy, and this was the worst place we stayed BY FAR!. One can clearly see, that it is an apartment managed by an agency, that doesn´t really care much about the guests. They sent me a form to do the online check-in (which I did) and the next day, they sent me a different one. We chose this apartment because the price was not very high, but since it is registered as a tourist apartment, you have to pay €6 per person per night, so it is something that potential guests should take into account. In the end, we paid €48 extra in taxes. The agency that manages the flat was very insistent, sent several messages and responded quickly regarding the completion of the form to check in online and to collect taxes, BUT they were ignoring my messages when I wrote about needing instructions and help, because I couldn´t get the stove working as well as one of the AC- I had to write up to 3 times to get a message back. In the 3 days we were there, we couldn't even make the stove work or turn on the AC in the living room. The showers were dirty - I attached photos. When taking a shower, one of the showers got blocked and water was up to my angles. The dustpan was full of garbage and hairs (see pictures), and the dishwasher was full of plates and glasses, supposedly "clean" but covered in a "white" layer, I imagine because it doesn't work well at all and the soap doesn't dissolve ??? . It was disgusting (I attached photos). I think The minimum preparation for new guests should be to put the dishes in their place and not leave them in the dishwasher covered with a white layer....??? The terrace is a disaster, everything dirty without any care. Hopefully, the real owner of the apartment realizes how poorly his apartment is being "taken care of" and managed. I highlight NO-Recoomend this place! Use your money wisely somewhere else.
