• Ieva (10/5): Stilīgs dzīvoklis ģimenei. - Stilīgs, ērts un tīrs dzīvoklis. 30 min brauciena attālumā no pilsētas centra. Blakus autobusu pietura. Tuvumā veikali un restorāni. Panna būtu lielisks papildinājums. Stāvvietas numuri bija neredzami. Mēs kļūdījāmies ar vietas izvēli. Nākamajā dienā tai stāvvietai parādījās labi redzams numurs un tas nebija mūsējais :)))
• Tiffany (8/5): Great apartment - The apartment was clean, very modern and in a great location. Private parking was very good. Not much to be honest. It would be better to have a king size bed in the master bedroom, and some paintwork needed to be done in the en-suite.
• Andy_Marshall (8/5): Enjoyable stay - Convenient location, clean, good facilities, everything as listed. Manager of the accommodation was available and helpful. Parking instructions a bit confusing and painted numbers on the ground by the parking bays were quite faded, so we spent some time figuring that out. Some noise from neighbours of the apartment.

• Kjell (10/5): Nahezu perfekt, um London zu erkunden. - Perfekte Lage, um von dort aus per Bus und Bahn zum London Zentrum zu fahren. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Unterkunft in schöner und gepflegter Wohnlage. Ein gutes und günstiges Restaurant direkt um die Ecke (Toby Carvery). Supermärkte fussläufig erreichbar. Wir hatten für 5 Personen gebucht, es gab aber nur 4 Stühle und 4 Messer. Das ist aber auch das einzige, was nicht optimal war.

I like that you have done a video on the parking and key safe location, but I think it would be beneficial to do a quick video regarding the space associated to the apartment due to the poor bay markings. This is not the issue of the owner. It would just help as they are very weathered and depending on time of arrival they are hard to decipher.

• Elisa (10/5): A beautiful apartment in a lovely area - It was a stunning apartment, exactly the same as the pictures. It felt like a very safe neighbourhood as well which made the experience more enjoyable. I reported an issue with the bathroom as I had noticed the toilet roll holder was broken but the host was responsive and kind. The bathrooms were outdated compared to the rest of the flat but they were very clean and the rest of the flat makes up for it so can’t complain at all.

• Denise (10/5): A lovely fresh and bright apartment in a great location close to Bromley. - We liked everything about the property. It was bright and clean and very comfortable with a big fridge and good cooking facilities so we could be independent. The location was great and we have rebooked for October. The staff were very kind and helpful. My husband has mobility issues and it was perfect for him. The en-suite had a walk-in shower. We were close to the lift and the car park was close. Nothing
• Lauren (10/5): Great value comfortable and modern stay! - Modern, clean, comfortable apartment that slept 5 adults comfortably. Well located, near a bus stop with buses running to Bromley South train station frequently. All the amenities you could want. Would stay again! Nothing!

• Debra (6/5): Lovely apartment but improvements needed. - Great location and a nice modern block of flats. However, we feel the owner needs to make improvements to bring this lovely apartment comfortable and up to scratch. Firstly, he needs to get a new cleaner. Although she was very nice and helpful, the apartment was dirty especially the bathrooms, the crockery and the lights! There were opened items left in the fridge, freezer and cupboards from the previous occupants, together with a man’s t-shirt in the drawer! The lighting needs improving - very dim bulbs in the bathrooms and bedrooms which made it difficult for shaving and putting makeup on (we had to buy a vanity mirror and sit by the window in the lounge).There were no bedside lamps! There were no plugs near a mirror in the master bedroom which is essential for a lady to do her hair (we had to buy an extension lead). There was no plug in the kitchen sink or a washing up bowl so we had to wash up under running water (probably the reason for dirty mugs). Finally, we had a big problem with the parking. We were told that we were allocated a parking space - but which one? The owner didn’t know and told us to park anywhere. That upset the neighbours and we received 2 letters of complaint. Eventually we found which space was ours by speaking to a helpful neighbour. If the host can rectify these simple issues it would be a great place to stay. We don’t like to give negative reviews, however, it isn’t fair on the next renter if we are not honest! On a positive note, the host and the team from Booking.com were very quick to respond to our questions and very helpful, although it would have been easier if instructions were written down inside the flat with details of the WiFi code, bin cupboard code and situation, parking space etc… The block of flats were quiet with friendly occupants and the communal areas were clean and well kept.
• Helen (10/5): Comfy Beds, Stylish, Super clean and amazing hosts - Booked this my work collegues whilst we were working in the area, the apartment is super clean, perfect for the 3 of us. Comfy beds, stylish. Parking permit allocated for the durtaion of the stay. Really enjoyed the stay, cannot fault anything. The staff are amazing responding straight away, really helpful and kind. Will definately return if working in the area again.

• Randeep (8/5): Very good - For our journey the location worked very well as we needed to be in Bromley for an event. The apartment was clean and well presented. It had cutlery, towels and basics. A plus point was the parking space, which required a ticket to be displayed - this was provided in the apartment. Lift access available. The instructions on arrival could have been more detailed, as it took over 30 minutes to locate the key box in the car park and find the correct building. Had to call the host listed on the property and she did assist well but this could have been avoided if detailed instructions could have been provided or some pictures to guide, as there are a number of parking spaces and building blocks on the estate.
