• Kolgeci (1/5): - Leider waren wir sehr verärgert, da das Zimmer schmutzig war und der Parkplatz nicht 4 Minuten, sondern fast 10 Minuten entfernt war. Draußen war es sehr laut und an ruhiges Schlafen war nicht zu denken, sodass wir noch am selben Tag abgereist sind.

We would absolutely st - Perfect location within the city center (not even 5 walking minutes to the Duomo), great price for what was offered! The team (in particular Lorenzo) was super easy to communicate with and helpful. The only criticism would be that the apartment was dusty.

• Guest (9/5): Great location! - Great location, everything close by. Duomo is just 5 mins away. Many restaurants nearby and good shopping options. Decent room size, two separate beds for our family of four.

• Oussama (8/5): Despite the downsides, I had two lovely days in the heart of the Duomo area, and getting around from the apartment was v - I really liked the location of the apartment — right in the heart of Milan and close to the metro, with everything you need to start your journey in Milan or its surroundings. I also appreciated the apartment layout, the fully equipped kitchen, the beautiful street view, and the excellent sound insulation from the windows. However, several things were disappointing. First, the bathroom: once someone takes a shower, the next person is left with cold water. Also, the washing machine was not functioning, according to the sign posted above it. Cleanliness was a major issue and a real letdown. I found the convertible sofa-bed to be very dirty, with yellow stains — I have pictures to prove it. The same goes for the blanket in the drawer, and there was hair and dirt on the bed as well. The sofa-bed was also extremely uncomfortable to sleep on — not only was it dirty, but the mattress quality was very poor and caused back pain. Lastly, the amount of basic supplies in the apartment (like shower gel) did not match the price of the stay.

Saat 16 dan önce ve 19.00 dan sonra gelirseniz kabul etmiyorlar. 13. 00 te gelmeme rağmen giriş yapamadım ve boş boş gezdim. Trafikten ve park sorunundan dolayı 18.45te yetişebildim ama iletişim numarasını arayınca açmadılar. Akşamımi sizin için harcayamam deyip bizi geçiştirdiler. Yoğun yazışma sonunda kalacağımız yerin konumunu ve kapı şifresini attılar. Kesinlikle bir daha gitmem ve kimseye önermem.

Si vienen dos sin equipaje está bien. Si no, busquen otro lugar. Además limpieza deficiente y mínimos utensilios. La cama ruidosa.

• Kristina (1/5): Extremely poor value for money — dirty, damaged, and deeply disappointing. - Location The apartment was extremely dirty and unhygienic. The floors were so filthy that it was impossible to walk barefoot or even in socks — they felt sticky and dusty. There were blood stains inside the fridge, which was absolutely shocking. All the glasses were chipped, and the entire apartment was damaged — scratched walls, broken finishes, and worn-out furniture. The photos online were completely misleading. The water ran out after just one quick shower, and the noise from outside was overwhelming. This place clearly hasn’t been cleaned or maintained properly and urgently needs a full renovation before hosting guests again. For the price we paid, this was a huge disappointment and did not meet expectations at all.

• Simone (2/5): Non ci sará un nostro ritorno - La posizione. Peccato per la posizione della struttura in quanto ottima. Personale delle pulizie che non parla 1 minimo di italiano e non ci sapeva dare nemmeno un’indicazione. Acqua calda per fare la doccia non c’è o perlomeno dopo 10 minuti non è uscita. Appena entrati c’era un odore sgradevole. Stamattina, ricordo che il check-out è alle 11, alle ore 10.30 i “”””cleaner””” hanno aperto la porta come niente fosse. Cosa che mi ha dato più fastidio in assoluto, senza uno scusa, senza nulla. Peccato, vista la posizione e il buon arredamento potrebbe essere una miniera ma così perde tutto.

Y de paso donde está el lava ropa poner mueble de guardado . Así poner todo lo del baño y la ropa y secar tu cabello ahí . Cómodamente.aprovechar ese espacio desperdiciado .estuve con mis cosas muy desordenadas por no tener muebles .

Полная зависимость от наличия интернета при заселении, замок входной двери здания открывается только с помощью аппликации в телефоне. Это очень неудобно, так как e-sim не сработал ещё в аэропорту. Пришлось покупать там же местную сим-карту, чтобы элементарно попасть в дом.

• LI (7/5): - Location is perfect, just 5 minutes to Duomo Cathedral. Noisy at night, woke up during mid night by shouting, and truck noise. There's bad smell in the bathroom, and knob came off, infomed the owner, just responded thanks for letting me know, didnot have any intention to fix it during our stay.

Трамвай, сбор стеклянных бутылок, вывоз мусора - эти звуки начались с 5 утра и не прекращались. Очень громко даже с закрытыми окнами.
