• Cassandra (9/5): Comfortable for a longer stay - Apartment was clean, tidy and well-maintained overall, although some wear and tear like water seepage could be seen. I like the "no shoes inside" policy, which helped assure us on the cleanliness of the carpeted floor. It was a comfortable stay for 5 nights, and definitely suitable for longer stays. Short walk to good restaurants nearby and easy to drive in and out of. We had some issues during our stay that was promptly addressed and handled by the team, which was definitely reassuring. Outside of the apartment block and the common areas like the lift lobby are not kept as clean and well maintained. The landfill bins at the garage were too full, and a few of the recycling bins were missing. There are birds on the roof which made so much noise every morning! Basically, external issues that are beyond the control of the team!

• Brenton (3/5): Overpriced given its sketchy location at night, underwhelming balcony view, and the disturbance from birds in the roof. - My experience was less than satisfactory. While the accommodation itself was decent, I found it to be overpriced for what it offered, especially considering the location and the view from the balcony. The location felt very sketchy at night, which made me feel unsafe. There were birds in the roof, which was quite disturbing. The view from the balcony was underwhelming and did not justify the high price.
