Location was fantastic The view into the city watching the trams was awesome So close to a Woolworths metro Walking distance to the tennis

So close to the best lanes for dining out, so close to tram stops. The apartment was clean spacious and loved having two bathrooms one with a large bath tub. There was an option of a lift to get to the second floor. Full size kitchen was fantastic. As mentioned there is street noise, but was aware of this, l found the weeknights a little quieter. Earplugs are supplied

• Georgina (9/5): Superb - Location was excellent - right in the heart of the city and a beautiful heritage building. Very spacious and clean! Important to note that there is a reasonable level of noise from the street below (trams, cars etc), which is to be expected with the central city location. The earplugs provided were a thoughtful touch.

• Tony (9/5): Such a good location, clean and large accommodation. Will stay again. - Sensational location, so close to restaurants, bars and theatres. Easy walk to public transport. Property is great size, very comfortable, warm, quiet for it's location.Very clean and has all required amenities. Highly recommneded. nothing.

• Heather (8/5): We had a wonderful stay. - Very convenient and central to everything. Comfortable and roomy with everything we needed. Just need to comment in relation to the property not being cleaned after the previous occupants. This was disappointing but on contact with Letisha this was quickly rectified. The other thing was the street noise particularly from trams but probably have to expect that due to it being an older building but maybe sealing around windows could be investigated. We’d still stay again if the opportunity came up though.
