MOHAMED (6/5): Moyen - L’appartement est assez bien équipe L’appartement est un peu petit pour le nombre de personne quil peut y contenir. De plus l’appartement ne contient pas d’eau chaude et la Clim n’est pas assez puissante ce qui est problème lorsqu’il fait 40 degrés au mois d’août à Madrid
Cintia Aldana Soledad (5/5): Muy bien ubicado, pero con detalles importantes a considerar - El apartamento está muy bien situado, en un barrio bonito, cerca de la Gran Vía y de la estación de metro Noviciado, con muchas opciones para recorrer a pie. El espacio es lindo y puede funcionar muy bien para dos parejas jóvenes, un grupo de amigos o una familia con hijo adolescente. Sin embargo, no lo recomendaría para familias con niños pequeños ni para personas mayores, ya que las escaleras internas son bastante empinadas. Lamentablemente, durante nuestra estadía nos encontramos con que no había agua caliente, algo que no se nos informó previamente. Solo lo descubrimos al momento de ducharnos. Al reclamar, el dueño nos indicó que nos compensaría económicamente, pero creemos que este tipo de información debería comunicarse antes de la llegada. En resumen, buena ubicación y diseño, pero es importante tener en cuenta las limitaciones y asegurarse de confirmar el correcto funcionamiento de los servicios antes de reservar. falta de agua caliente
