• Ann (9/5): Great place, view, location, host - definitely recommend. - GREAT location - unbeatable- with a fantastic top floor view. We felt so lucky to have the apartment to stay in while in Stresa. Very comfortable bed and so helpful to have Fede's recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Good communication also, we had a great time. Would have been nice to have more cooking facilities as it was just bits and pieces and as a result we just ate breakfast in the apartment and didn't cook at all. Which actually wasn't so bad as there were plenty of food options around!

• Pippa (8/5): - Lovely views and location with a spacious and modern interior. The smell of urine outside the properly and in the stairwell (such a shame as it was otherwise perfect). It also needs a stair light.
• Steven (10/5): Most Charming Apartment with Incredible Balcony Views - This was one of the most charming places we have ever stayed at, and our only regret is that we could not stay longer. The apartment is on the top floor, newly renovated and has three windows that open to balconies - each with their own stunning views. It is situated at the top of a little hill (not crazy difficult to walk up, but something to note) and centrally located 5 minutes from the main part of Stresa, where all the cute and popular restaurants are. Easy to walk to grab a coffee, a croissant, a gelato, or make your dinner reservation within 5-10 minutes. The apartment was clean, the host Fede gave us a ton of great recommendations for restaurants, and the views are unmatched. There is an icon, a vacuum, dishes, dishwasher, and all the necessities if you needed to stay for a week or more, but also perfect for a quick 3 night stay. There is a small elevator to help bring your suitcases up to the 4th floor, and the walk to the bus or ferry stop is 5 minutes away if traveling between Lakes or to the airport. Cannot say enough incredible things about this place, and would definitely come back another time! One day the hot water ran out - not that it was a negative, but just something to note in case your partner takes long hot showers before you! The bed is also firm, which I like, but also something to keep in mind.
• Rita (10/5): Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. - The location was so quiet. The apartment was large, with spectacular views of the lake from the lounge and balcony. All rooms had a view. The bed was not that comfortable. Pillows were so flat.
• Heather (10/5): A nice stay in Stresa - The apartment is fresh and clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable short stay. Beautiful views from every window, and conveniently located to the lake, town, and hiking trails. Federica is a lovely host!
