• Emily (10/5): Relaxing, comfortable stay in a lovely property and location - We had a fantastic stay! Lovely and comfortable living space and spacious kitchen with everything you need. The children loved the games room! The hot tub was super too. We also walked in to some thoughtful treats including some fizz to kick start our get away, which was really kind. All the beds upstairs had really really comfy mattresses and pillows, everyone slept really well. The location is absolutely lovely, really pretty and quiet village and the property is a short 10 minute walk into the village where there’s a nice pub and shops and a great playground. Communication from the host was really helpful and attentive, they couldn’t have made us feel any more welcome!! We would absolutely recommend the property whole heartedly and hope to return again :-) We didn’t have any problems at all.

This is a beautiful location. The shower was not easy to work. The water was either cold or too hot. It was hard to achieve a constant comfortable temperature.

Most of the amenities were great and the hot tub was fab. The shower didn’t have any power and the floorboards were really creaky. We had to use cushions off the sofa on the dining room chairs as they were really hard.

• Lisa (10/5): A lovely, relaxing week in Crich. - We had a truly wonderful stay at Stag Manor, it was a perfect base to explore the Peak District and surrounding area. In the evenings, we particularly loved the games room and a dip in the hot tub. The owners are the perfect hosts with great communication and the house itself was well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely recommend it to our family and friends.

• Katie (10/5): Great house for friends and dogs alike. - The hot tub, and the fact it was very dog friendly. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Great supply of teas and coffees and a lovely welcome basket from the hosts. Good communication from them too. The PAC Man was great fun too! For 6 adults we could have done with one more bathroom but that’s us just being very fussy. It worked out ok! Not the properties fault as we booked it knowing that.

Lovely welcome gifts of fizz, crisps and biscuits, lovely. Owners very responsive, so helpful. Views amazing, bedrooms so comfortable and we really did have the perfect weekend. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Lovely welcome gift of fizz, crisps and biscuits. We chose a day out(heights of Abraham)from the information leaflets left in games room, which was only a 15 minute drive away. (Recommend going early for parking) Very enjoyable stay, thank you so much. Would use again 😁

• Charlotte (10/5): It was a short girls weekend break to wind down and it couldn’t have been better. We made full use of the games room and - It was in an idyllic location, and very quiet. The hot tub was the highlight with pubs and shops in walking distance which was a plus. The property was very well presented with incredibly comfy beds and sofas - they provided blankets which was a lovely touch. The kitchen had everything you needed - though some cooking oils would have been a nice bonus but we managed! The welcome hamper was also a lovely surprise :) The shower wasn’t too great but manageable. There was an issue with the outside area but a simple message to the team and they swiftly sorted that out - can’t fault the customer service.

Lovely location We really missed having a freezer, ( owners are planning to add one) and felt the lounge seating area was a bit of a squish if we had 8 people staying.
