• Donna (9/5): Amazing central position overlooking the water. Easy walk to restaurants and bars. Very spacious 3 bedroom unit that is - Property is very central. Very spacious and great comfy furniture. Beds were amazing to sleep in. Rooftop views amazing and spa was great although it did not work. Would definitely go back. Only that the rooftop spa was not working . The rest was great . The pot plants on the balcony could do with some love.

My family and I will do it again soon as long as the property is available. Would like to say on my family and my behalf...thank you for everything we had a wonderful and enjoyable experience...considering it was my first family holiday. Thank you to all... Nothing....you can't ask for more.....even the total cost was ok....thank you
• Abdul (3/5): - The view and jacuzzi The place was unclean. There was water leaking onto the carpet from main bathroom and ensuite.. The sofa bed was stained & dirty (Didn't end up using).. Water from the shower leaked through the entire bathroom, causing more mess. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance were very poor.

• Hanna (6/5): A scam !! - Nice place to get away, close to water and shops This is a scam. There was hidden fee and they didn’t mention before they took our money. The hidden fee was charges without warning. Never come back to this place.

• Cyintia (7/5): We totally enjoyed our stay - The location,the pools,the rooms were good,the kitchen is well equipped ,the property has a good view,the rooftop is amazing to sit relax and have a chat, The beddings need deep cleaning or even a complete change generally the house was stuffy,and the bathroom we had to mop the floor every time we had a shower because the water flows allover

• Colin (10/5): Great short break with overseas family members in a great location and great accommodation - We didn’t have breakfast out but the view whilst having breakfast was was great Earlier check in time would have been good. 3pm was a bit late in the day.
• John (6/5): Pleasant - Easy to leave the car in secured under cover & walk to almost everywhere we wanted to go The bathroom could do with a refresh as although the mildew was wiped down it was still visible , in the bedroom next to bathroom the blind could not be raised , the rear bedrooms carpet was wet as there was rain water leaking around the window & the vents for the A/C could use a clean but overall the unit was great , close to eateries & the harbour .
• Cathy (7/5): The apartment was in a handy location to the shops, but the traffic was a little noisy. - The location was very close to the main street and shops, which was very convenient. The apartment, including the rooms, were very spacious. There was a stain on the carpet in the lounge room, which didn't look very appealing. The apartment had a musty smell, which I assume was coming from the air conditioner. With the apartment being next to a main road, and roundabout, there was a lot of traffic noise.
• Patricia (7/5): Apart from cleanliness, apartment was perfect size and location for my family. - Convenient walk to Nelson bay marina and centre There were so much mention of leaving apartment clean, that I assumed it was going to be immaculate,when truthfully I didn’t find it so clean, especially lounge, carpet, even drip marks on walls. Spa was filthy cloudy with remnants of beer/ mixer bottles and even cap in spa.. we used it at night so didn’t realise how bad it was until daylight. We had even had a quick shower before going in. There was blood stain on one of the pillows, a dirty sock in one drawer. If I was the owner, I’d be considering getting a new cleaning crew.

However the agent rectified immediately which was a positive. The changeover cleaning needs to be far more thorough - finding someone’s dirty socks under a table and discarded cans isn’t acceptable.

• Rana (9/5): great location for my sisters and I to stay in a luxury spacious theee bedroom unit . - Spacious, tidy and close to everything. great outdoor patio and roof outdoor terrace . carpet a little stained but overall that didn’t concern us.

• John (9/5): Family stay - fantastic thank you - Location Location Location Drive in park, lift is 20 feet away, step off lift walk straight into your room Room, wow size area, balconies facilities as a whole were excellent, starting to look tired but serviceable and then I went upstairs, hello nelson bay, omg 270 degree views, water landscape and a private spa, loved it. As a family we all got to chill enjoy and catch up, couldn't have asked for a better experience. cutlery would be only item to add ie spoons Second set of keys / fob was unavailable however use of intercom overcome this issue when someone was home. Stains do exist on the carpet, very good quality unsure why they are there. Extra towel per couple for our ladies would not go astray and a reminder to all byo beach towel for use in spa and the beach. Recommend changing the colour of the beam under stairs, as I being 5 ft 9 walked out of bedroom and narrowly missed hitting my head
• Mohamed (7/5): Good - Having 3 bedrooms was great and the location was good. Ensuite made bathroom and shower time easier with children and balcony was well furnished and private Not all the placements on the stove were working, the carpet was wet and remained damp for most of the time we stayed causing a bad smell in the apartment. The jacuzzi was not fully functioning as all the jets were not working.
• Elisha (7/5): loved the property. Just the 2 of us this time but would be great for a family. No shade on the rooftop was a disappoint - it was clean and inviting no shade/shelter on the roof so couldn’t enjoy it during the day
