Jlenia Cantavenera (1/5): Esperienza terribile - ASSOLUTAMENTE NIENTE Non siamo rimasti nella struttura perché era terribile. In un sottoscala, sporchissimo. Per scendere al buio stavo cascando. C'erano dei pannoloni a terra sporchi. L'appartamento era in un sottoscala. La porta era rotta. All'interno la luce della prima stanza (cucina) non funzionava e le prese della corrente erano completamente scoperte. In bagno c'era la lavatrice con le asciugamani dentro sporche e uno stendino con delle asciugamani che non so se erano già usate. La stanza da letto aveva un'uscita su un cortile pieno di spazzatura. Siamo scappati via. Eravamo io, mio marito e mio figlio. Non è un posto sicuro per nessuno, soprattutto con un ragazzino. La cosa peggiore è che potevamo prendere la scossa elettrica. Completo la recensione dicendo che abbiamo dovuto provvedere da soli a cercare un'altra sistemazione (con tutte le difficoltà visto che era il 23 dicembre) e pagare una nuova struttura. Booking si è limitato a fare le scuse e restituirmi solo circa 42 euro su 278 e non hanno preso alcun provvedimento riguardo alla struttura. Non mi sembra corretto.
Maria (1/5): Katastrophale Unterkunft - Das Apartment ist eine Zumutung und unbewohnbar, da diverse Sicherheitsmängel vorliegen (offene Stromleitungen, fehlende Abdeckungen an Steckdosen), das Bett bzw. der Lattenrost ist nicht vernünftig montiert und deshalb zusammengebrochen. Unter anderem ist das Apartment stark verdreckt und die Mülleimer waren nicht geleert, die WLAN Verbindung ist instabil sodass streaming nicht möglich ist und TV über Kabel-/Satellitenverbindung ist nicht vorhanden. Ich habe den Vermieter kontaktiert und auf die Mängel hingewiesen aber es wurde keine Lösung gefunden.
