Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend- gibt Ausflugtips und vermittelt weiter ( Addo war super mit der Company). Man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause. Top Frühstück, kleines Buffet sowie zusätzlich auf Wunsch zubereitete warme Speisen. Es ist alles bis aufs kleinste Detail abgestimmt. Auch eine kleine Erholung im Jacuzzi ist toll.

• Annejan (10/5): Geweldig! - Heerlijk en comfortabel verblijf. Het is een prachtig modern hotel met alle faciliteiten. Het personeel en de eigenaren zijn meer dan behulpzaam. Het eten was lekker en vers. Vlak bij het vliegveld omdat we de dag later zouden vertrekken, maar geen enkele keer last gehad van vliegtuig geluiden. Een aanrader om hier te verblijven!

Our room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the staff was exceptional — friendly, professional, and very accommodating throughout our stay. Accommodating to the point that not only were we provided with a free shuttle to the airport at 5:30AM on the morning of our departure, but the shuttle driver, Justice, also followed us to the airport the night before to assist in dropping off our rental car and providing a ride back to the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

• Manou (9/5): Perfekter Aufenthalt mit gutem Essen - Wir hatten das Hotel gebucht, da es in der Nähe des Flughafens liegt und somit ideal für eine Weiterreise ist. Trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen war es sehr ruhig. Das Personal und die Gastgeberin sind super freundlich und zuvorkommend gewesen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war auch sehr lecker. Ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Der Pool könnte eventuell eine kleine Sanierung vertragen, aber trotzdem war er sauber und sogar beheizt.

• Diana (10/5): Very special family owned hotel with wonderful staff - Fantastic location, right by the airport. We were met on arrival and taken straight to the hotel. The hotel is exceptionally comfortable, the rooms are a very good size and beautifully furnished. The hotel is spotless. Breakfast was excellent but it’s the staff that makes this place so special. The owners take great care of the place and work hard to ensure each guest is well taken care of and has everything they need. We would definitely return if we were in the area. The list of places to visit on our journey to Plettenberg Bay was a lovely touch, thank you. The spa area could do with some lighting for evening use but it was also very atmospheric sitting in the dim light.

The spa was a bonus - we visited twice. Consider making the bright lights in the spa treatment rooms warm white and dimmable.

• Thomas (10/5): Exceptional Stay - Das Nova Boutique Hotel ist etwas einzigartiges und sucht seines gleichen. Ja es ist teurer als andere Hotels in der Gegend aber man bekommt auch etwas dafür. Das Hotel ist ein Erlebnis und das Erlebnis beginnt schon bei der Einfahrt in den Hof des Hotel, wo wir bereits von einer freundlichen Mitarbeiterin empfangen und zum Parkplatz geleitet wurden. Beim Check-In wurde wir von Aron betreut und er hat uns anschließend auch auf das Zimmer begleitet. Ebenso hat er uns das ganze Haus gezeigt und alles erklärt. Sehr hervorzuheben ist auch der besonders schöne SPA Bereich mit Whirlpool's und beheiztem Pool. Die Zimmer entsprechen der Beschreibung und sind überdurchschnittlich groß und swhr luxuriös ausgestattet. Alle Annehmlichkeiten welche benötigt werden sind vorhanden. Besonders gefreut aber enbeso überrascht hat uns die persönliche Begrüßung durch den Inhaber. Da er beim Check In nicht anwesend war, wurde er über unseren Aufenthalt in dr Lobby informiert und kam extra mit seiner Gattin für uns in das Hotel. Ein sehr freundlicher Herr der uns die Historie und die Geschichte des Hotels erklärte. Das Abendessen im Hotel kann sich sehen lassen. Es gibt eine kleine Speisekarte aus der das Abendessen vorbestellt werden kann. Steak, Burger und Pasta alles verfügbar. 100% Weiterempehlung! The Nova Boutique Hotel is truly unique and second to none. Yes, it is more expensive than other hotels in the area, but you certainly get what you pay for. This hotel is an experience in itself, starting the moment you drive into the courtyard, where we were greeted by a friendly staff member and guided to our parking spot. During check-in, we were looked after by Aron, who then accompanied us to our room, showed us around the entire property, and explained everything. ​The exceptionally beautiful spa area, featuring whirlpools and a heated pool, is also worth highlighting. Klinische afwerking binnenzijde Was zeer rustig in het hotel waardoor 'gezelligheid' in hotel een beetje ontbrak. Dit is uiteraard een momentopname.

• Gabriela (9/5): Conforto e gentileza da equipe - Os quartos são ótimos, espaçosos e muito limpos (minha avó é muito alérgica e estava com receio do carpete, mas graças à limpeza não teve nenhuma crise). O café da manhã é uma delícia, com diversas opções disponíveis. Os donos, assim como os funcionários, são muito solícitos e até nos buscaram no aeroporto e auxiliaram com recomendações e reservas de restaurantes. Nada, tudo ótimo.
• Ulrich (9/5): Die Flughafennähe ist ideal. - Seht nahe am Flughafen Port Elizabeth gelegen. Wir waren auf der Durchreise nach Durban, Justice hat uns geholfen den Mietwagen zurückzubringen und hat uns am anderen Morgen wieder rechtzeitig zum Flughafen gebracht. Das Frühstück wurde uns früh am Morgen serviert, es war alles perfekt. Nichts

• Eike (10/5): Flughafennah und komfortabel - Das Hotel bietet ein Restaurant , sowie Spa Optionen, Fitness und Frühstück. Für einen Aufenthalt um gut zum Flughafen zu kommen , liegt das Hotel super günstig.Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, hatten ein leckeres Abendessen und haben die Ruhe in einem bequemen Bett genossen.

• Ulrich (9/5): Bestes Hotel um einen Aufenthalt vor oder nach einem Flug zu verbringen - Lage 4 Min. zum Airport und kostenloser Shuttle. Unglaublich hilfsbereites Personal und Besitzerfamilie ! Etwas dunkles Restaurant, kein Lift in die obere Etage - ist aber jetzt geplant.

• David (9/5): Quiet hotel near the Port Elizabeth airport offering exceptional service and hospitality - The hotel was close to the airport, and we were taken to and from the hotel to drop off the hire car. The owners and staff were exceptional, Lily showed us around on arrival, a very competent girl. The room and bathroom were large and well designed ( as was the whole hotel). The dinner was tasty and the menu varied. The next morning, the ample breakfast was prepared by Natalie and served by her sister Tisker, both parts of then hotel family. We would love to return. Very little as it was a very pleasant experience.

• Monique (8/5): Prima overnachting. Modern klein hotel. - Het personeel en de kamer. Zeer schoon en goed werkende airco. Top advies voor restaurant en ditto boeking voor ons. Goed ontbijt en hulde aan team. Prima wijk. Er is geen tuin. Alleen een stenen terras met en gedeeld zwembad met de spa er naast. Op zondag zat het kleine zwembad vol met spa gasten. We konden echt niet lekker buiten zitten. Het uitzicht is vooral steen, achterkant van huizen. Dat misten we echt met mooi weer.
