Guest (7/5): Other than the stairs it was really good. - The location was really good and near to train station that would take us to the city center. No elevator and taking the stairs with our luggage was really a challenge.

Cesar (4/5): I should not be the host's handyman while on vacation. - Location, close to Metro. Plenty of bars, cafes, shops in the neighbourhood. Nice for an evening stroll. Grocery store within walking distance. Day we arrived, no hot water and the stove did not work, Contacted host. Given instructions on how to unlock stove. Regarding the hot water, was told to reset boiler on the balcony. Next day, no hot water again. Contacted host and was told a technician was booked. Tech never showed up during our stay. Had to reset boiler constantly during our stay. UNACCEPPTABLE. Also, apartment on the fourth floor, no elevator. Had to carry luggage up 4 floors! Low amp service, you can only use one appliance at a time, otherwise main breaker would trip. VERY AGGRAVATING.
Maggie (10/5): Perfect location, clean and comfortable apartment. - The location was great for us. The metro station Battistini was close to the apartment and only a few stops to the centre. There were restaurants and cafes nearby, a mini-market and supermarket not too far away. Nothing.

Ciprian (10/5): Nice accommodation - The apartment is very clean and well equipped. Also it has 2 AC, so for very hot summer days is perfect. The metro is just over the street and also shops and an amusement park very close for families with children.
Abigail (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location! East access to metro and market. The facilities allowed us to make our own dinner. It was everything we needed. And the host was super responsive when we needed help figuring out a couple things!
