• Jaydip (9/5): Nice spacious hotel with good people and tasty food - Over all it is a nice property at the price it offers. Food is good and quite reasonable I think it is little under staff so cleaning can improve. Not saying it is dirty, but there is scope of improvement.

When complained to room service guys...he lethargically responded "that's how it works".

• Mario (9/5): Comfort, great location, Friendly & helpful staff always with a smile. Total silence in the bedroom - Great friendly service. Great location everything you may need is closed by. A ceiling led light failed it was repaired before I reported. Great comfortable beds. Powerful hot water in the shower. Spacious room with table for laptop available. Great Wi-Fi No and no noise from anywhere! Great food from the kitchen. I will be back. The fridge was new but had an issue maintaining temperature. Noticed on my last day and I am sure it has been fixed already.

Lo staff è super disponibile e gentile. La possibilità di cenare e fare colazione li è un plus super comodo anche perché i prezzi sono veramente bassi. Il posto non è lontano dal centro commerciale Nexus Vega. Gli standard di pulizia in India non sono quelli Europei ma ero preparata e bisogna adattarsi.

• Ahmed Jibreel (8/5): - The studio is much more worth than the hotels at this budget (and rating), and it's great to have hotel services in-house all the same. The staff are especially friendly and kind. Nearby to Apollo hospital and Vegacity, as well as cafes on Outer Ring Rd (Eg Thelagram, Yuki, Blue Tokai JP Nagar). It's also quiet without being too far from the main road. Rooms are big and clean, with a balcony and work desk too.

I travel lot, but these staff are very nice , Santosh and his staff were very nice, well trained staffs , they know what they do and they know how to value the customers. Checkin @ 2pm and checkout @ 11 am ... here one day is 21 hours only ... and extra is charged for next 3 hours ... You could have increased the rent by 1000 or 1500 and provided 24 hour chk out facility instead of this scamming kind of approach. Bathrooms are dirty and closet is broken. Staff did not repair even after informing.
• Samir (9/5): Fabulous go for it! Best for long stay! Looks exactly like the pictures on Booking.Com - Stayed for 7 nights. Excellent rooms, Neat and clean, fabulous suite size (850 Sq Feet), Great staff, prompt service, 24 hour service, good Chinese Food, decent breakfast spread, mini-fridge available and a nice verandah with greenery, that doubles up as a nice seating area with chairs and table laid out. Most importantly - Looks exactly like the pictures on Booking.com. i) No AC in the hall/ lounge area of the suite. ii) Electricity to the mini-fridge gets disconnected when the key card is taken out. iii) A micro-wave in the cooking area would be great.
