• alexis (1/5): Horrible don’t recommend at ALL. Avoid unless you want to waste money and have zero communication with a manager. - I don’t think I actually liked one thing about this property. The property is worn down, hot tub broken, the hotel is dirty. My room had nasty white stuff all over the TV stand, lamps were dirty, fire alarm hanging off the wall, floor wasn’t vacuumed where the beds were. Woke up the next morning with a bathroom FULL of roaches. Can’t get ahold of ANYONE for anything while you stay. I have been attempting for a refund of my almost 500$ stay that I only stayed ONE night out of the 4, finally was able to see a front desk agent, sent them photos of the room with my complaint and request. Booking has tried to be in contact with at least 4 emails and phone calls but no one answers or responds. This hotel should be shut down.

• Miranda (7/5): - I like the laid back and attentive staff that was there. I also enjoyed the price for the size of the rooms. I didn't like the fact that there was cock roaches through the room every now and then and that the rooms looked nothing like the pictures...

• Amber (5/5): I would stay here agin if the cleanliness was taken seriously. This was the only negative I had exp. - The location and the size of the room. The cleanliness was horrible an to be charged a cleaning fee and your room not cleaned . The floor hadn’t been swept or mopped or vacuumed. The tub looked like someone with really dirty feet were in it before us. There was soda or something splattered on the bathroom wall.

• Norma (1/5): - Nothing Reserved 2 king beds was given 2 full size broken beds in a dirty room with roaches. Was told no king rooms were available. Apparently they're the same price. Had to pay an extra damage fee of 35$ before I could get the code to the room. Pool was decent, super cold. Jacuzzi was dirty and it was cold as well, never got hot. Total waste! I want a refund!

• Candy (3/5): - The room was clean that's about it. Lots of people hang out at night. I had a leak in my bathroom both nights I was there. Maintenance was supposed to come back the second day to fix it but never came back At midnight 9 police and a K9 beating on the room door next to me telling Dante to come out. So I couldn't go back to sleep. Someone got kicked out with a lot of stuff and kids she was crying with all her stuff still on the property basically it was just too much going on all through the day and night. Also the staff was lacking communication skills. NotI will never stay there again.

• Linda (4/5): Disappointing - We loved the size of the room The fridge was nice! However the description of the room said 2 king beds when we arrived it had 2 full size beds.. (very different in size) The microwave had food left in it from the previous... which then made us question how clean the room truly was

• Chantell (10/5): Finally, an establishment that knows how to treat their guests!!! - I loved the whole apartment but best of all was the amazing customer service! We had a few problems before arriving, which caused us to arrive super late. But I kept in touch with the property and they welcomed us no matter what time. They made me feel comfortable before I even arrived. And I truly appreciate that especially after the night we had!!!! Thank you again!!!😁! The fact that I had to leave 😭

• Andres (5/5): Passable - The roominess. I paid and booked in advance for a double king and got a single. The shower head was faced wrong so the whole bathroom floor would get so wet. Then when I asked to exchange dirty towels for cleans they said they couldn't do that.

• Prateek (5/5): It was a good place, but could've been better if we got the room with all the amenities listed - The staff were really helpful and nice, the place was clean and well kept. The AC worked well in the night, the beds were soft and deep and were really comfortable. The sofas and chairs and tables provided were nice with the number of people living there. The water was nice and hot as well, just needed a little while in the morning to get going after turning on the heater. The wifi was a good speed as well. Nice mirror and microwave were provided in the apartment. The fridge was nice and big as well. We were promised to have a stove and a dishwasher during our stay. When we arrived, they did not have any rooms available with such amenities. We were pretty frustrated as we were staying for quite a long while and it would be difficult to live with just a microwave. The staff did provide us with a portable stove and it was a type with resistive heating element, not an induction stove but without a chimney our room got filled with smoke. This however was still without a dishwasher. Also the app they use to check you in, is really finnicky and scanning my passport took a good 5-10 minutes, which is not their fault but still frustrating nonetheless. Also the ac was on the floor next to the bed, which is fine for changing temperatures but it caused an issue where it was sucking in the same air it was outputting (because the output air was crashing into the bed), causing it to think the room was colder than it really was. It also did not work great during 2-5pm, where we still felt a little hot but that's arizona's heat.

• Craig (4/5): It was NOT a pleasant stay. - Location. Smelled like covered up dog pee all throughout the halls, loud barking dogs all night long. No toilet paper in room. Asked a woman at the front desk for 2 extra towels and she told me to just wash the ones we have or reuse them! No t.v. remotes. No change machine to do laundry. Loud, obnoxious patrons. We won't stay here again. Sorry.
• Paula (1/5): Welcome to the no service roach motel! - Nothing There were cockroaches everywhere. The coffee maker didn’t work and when we called about it we were told no one was at the property until 9:00 am to get another coffee maker but we were checking out hours before that. When I told the front desk clerk about the cockroaches she asked if we had notified them as they would have accommodated us with a different room. We didn’t call because they already told us they couldn’t even do anything about a simple coffee maker. Furthermore, cockroaches don’t limit themselves to one room; if they are crawling out of drains on the second floor it’s a good bet they are accessing all the drains!

• Kathy (5/5): It was a nice studio room, clean, roomy enough for 2 adults & 2 teenagers! - Then on our last day we decided to add another night to our stay. That was accomplished by a very sweet young lady at the lobby desk!!! As we were traveling (moving a student to go to school in Tempe, we attempted to contact Metro Tempe Apartments, lost the call, called back left a message, got no call back. Tried again 2 hours later, OMG got an answer! We were able to make our changes. But it was very frustrating to not get a call back, but the change was made to our satisfaction. The reservation stated "studio with two king beds" what we actually got was 1 King bed in a bedroom & I pullout from a sofa. I think the description could be more specific as to what a person is really getting with the booking.

Staff offered to change rooms after my voicing of displeasure. Why give an incomplete room on first place if fully furnished room(s) existed? P

• Martin (1/5): disgusting and the rooms were downgraded and not what we paid for, could never recommend. - Nothing, the entire stay was horrible. I am working on receiving a full refund. All original rooms were downgraded from what was originally booked. Pillows and bed sheets smelled disgusting. There were roaches in every room. We were locked out of our room for hours in the middle of the night because the code magically was changed. Our rooms were not given to us until 2 hours after our original check in time. There was no hot water

• Kent (10/5): Potentially a place to call home - It is in a convenient spot right off the 101, the staff are all very kind and quick at good decision making when it comes to keeping the community safe and the rooms are huge!!! The fact that there is two TV's is awesome. It's just plain awesome here. I hope to be a resident of this establishment for quite some time. The only complaint I have is the late check in. Everything else was and is great. The maintenance is a little slow responding but nothing else.

• Heather (5/5): Comfortable but needs serious cleaning. - The beds are good and it has a kitchen There cleaning staff needs serious help. There were spots all over the floor that like like a barely wet mop went over. The elevator was gross, looked like no one had cleaned for weeks. There was sticky all over the light stand. And who knows what on the bathroom ceiling.

The bathroom was the most ridiculous setup ever, the door should have open the other direction because it was horribly cramped to close the door because it takes up the whole bathroom and you have to stand in between the tube and toilet to close the door! Who places the toilet facing the bathtub! It was a complete mess. The beds are lumpy and the second floor and back stairs smells like urine. The floors were horribly sticky.
• Heather (7/5): Comfortable and good location - Comfortable beds and nice space.  stairway smells like urine. And there was sticky all over the floor. Nobody was around to clean anything up. There was some gunk on the ceiling in the bathroom and a couple Cheerios that had been missed by the vacuum. 
• Becky (7/5): It is in a convenient location, and I felt safe staying. Staff were friendly and helpful. - Overall, it was quiet, and I felt safe. Security officers were seen a few times during my stay. I also saw several people cleaning up around the facilities. It is in a good location for all the things I wanted to do. I had all the basics I needed for the four nights I stayed there by myself. There was a quick response to my questions. The fan on the air conditioner is loud. The bathtub needs resurfacing. It smelled like urine in the entryway of the building.
• Mireles (2/5): Stinky - The location and bed was comfy Unit smelled very bad, not sure if it was smoke or humid but it was really bad. The refrigerator didn't work only freezer, tub was broken and a lamp was broken.
• Anne (10/5): Nice amount of space and comfort. - Location was near my work and made life much easier. The rooms are large and comfortable. Why must tiny bathrooms have doors that open in not out. I am forced into a corner when going in or out of the bathroom because the door is right in the way.
• Anne (8/5): I would stay again and I recommend. - Location is quiet and close to my work. Large spacious room with good separation between living areas. Great place to unwind. They have security there walking the parking lot. That made it feel safe. My fridge didn't seem cool enough and I threw some perishables out. I order out mostly so not a huge deal. The ac this time didn't feel as cool but I was only there in the evening so that wasn't awful.

Since we were arriving on the same day as the graduation ceremony we were attending, I had hoped we could gain entry a little earlier than 4pm, but no, that was a hard rule, apparently. Also, the refrigerator unit in our apartment was not working, only the freezer. I did not even bother to ask for help with that. The front desk people are not interested in interacting much with the guests. There was much I was not pleased with, as stated above. The only plus was the well lit parking lot.

• Barbara (1/5): It was THE MOST UNPLEASANT LODGING SITUATION THAT WE’VE EVER EXPERIENCED. - No breakfast served. Really we didn’t like anything about it. In fact we didn’t stay the 2nd night that we paid for opting to get a room at a Hampton in. The photos on your website of the rooms at this property were VERY deceptive. Our room was extremely lacking in amenities. Everything! There was no soap! We had to use shampoo to wash our hands and shower with. There was a hair in 2 of the towels! The bottom of the shower was cracked up as well as a crack in the toilet seat and cigarette burn in the lid. The couch in the room was stained. The promo pic on your site showed a Keurig machine. We had a K-cup machine in our room that was archaic looking. . . definitely NOT a Keurig. The walls and ceilings were paper thin and we heard noise and people arguing in the middle of the night. There were very sketchy people in the parking lot and we felt extremely unsafe. We would have left that night, but it was very late and we didn’t have the energy to leave and get a room somewhere else until the next day. If I was you I would no longer offer this option on your site.
