• Sara (9/5): Ótima estadia, numa ótima zona da cidade. Voltaremos, sem dúvida. - Ótima localização, quer em termos de transportes, quer de serviços próximos. Apartamento com boas dimensões, agradável, bem decorado e com tudo o que é necessário. Anfitrião sempre disponível para responder a questões antes e depois da nossa chegada. A única questão que temos a apontar é que a televisão que existe é uma smart TV, apenas com aplicações, não tem canais, o que não consta na descrição das características da casa. Para nós é muito importante termos acesso a notícias quando estamos fora. Fica a sugestão para que possam passar a incluir o acesso a canais de televisão, o que não deverá ter um custo significativo e é uma comodidade importante.
• Anna (9/5): Fenomenal!!! - Estupendo! Está super bien situado en una zona muy tranquila con restaurantes y supermercados cerca. Está muy limpio y bien equipado. Hemos estado 2 adultos y 2 niños y hemos estado fenomenal. Dar las gracias a los anfitriones por preocuparse en todo momento de que nuestra estancia fuera buena ;)
• Alison (8/5): Excellent location, clean, helpful and prompt responses from owners. - Fabulous location, clean and comfortable. Good kitchen/cooking facilities, good size fridge. Washer/dryer was really handy. Couch bed fits one person and is comfy. Neighbours doors are quite noisy but very minimal other street sounds, no sirens etc- very safe area. Bus stops everywhere around and 5min walk to tube station. Plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants right on the doorstep. Hyde Park 5min walk. The shower head is broken very badly making the shower like being under a hose with other water spraying in every direction. Very messy to fill the bath tub. Plus the bathtub is dangerously slippery- almost impossible to stand up in it without a slip mat (that was later happily provided.) My son had a bad slip and smashed his foot on the plug chain holder rendering him unable to walk for 2 days which ruined plans and made things extremely stressful. One side of the bed has a massive dip. Needs a new mattress. The other side was super comfy!! Shutters don't close well so the light comes in from the street. Whilst the digital key was handy, an actual key would be nice as we always had to make sure we had phone charge to be able to get home at the end of a day out- It became a bit logistical with no power points in the bedroom and needing to charge phones overnight to make sure you had enough charge for the next day for the key! Overall it was a really pleasant stay and I would stay here again.

• David (9/5): Great hosts for a nice apartment in a great area. - The hosts were super responsive. The location was great. It's a very comfortable apartment. The hot water was excellent. Arriving in the evening, the light switches in the apartment are very confusing -- there are switches on the wall that don't do anything, and there's no light anywhere near the front door -- also, the lighting is a little lacking. Some instructions on how to use the washer/dryer would be helpful.

• E (8/5): - The location is perfect – a nice neighbourhood, just minutes away from Hyde Park, with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The Key App worked perfectly. The hosts are very friendly and responsive.
• Katherine (8/5): A comfortable stay in a brilliant location. - Location. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. Layout of the apartment. Good quality bed linen and towels. Lots of hangers and hanging space. The fans, as it was quite warm. Nice and generous supply of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom. Plentiful toilet tissue and washing up liquid. Nice crockery, glasses and cutlery. No dishwasher, despite it being included in the property description. Lack of kitchen items e.g. measuring jug, bowls to mix things and dishes to cook things in. Items were so high up on the shelves, we couldn’t reach without getting a chair. Set of portable steps would be useful for both the kitchen cupboards and the wardrobes. Not all lightbulbs were working in the kitchen and bathroom. Not keen on the regular contact from the host. Whilst it was good to know someone was there, if needed, it was a break and as such, didn’t appreciate the intrusion. The Klevio key system worked well, but it led to some anxiety and stress, ensuring the phone was charged fully, especially when using it for navigation and research during our days out.

• Aris (8/5): Cute flat, close to Museums, Shops & Underground, in a cozy area! - The area is perfect and the views towards the street! The style/design nice! Good neighbourhood, close to Underground. We ve been in cold days and the flat was very warm! Good feature that there is a back side balcony. The matress was not very comfy. Sometimes the flat was noisy from the street. Some details could be approved in order to be value for money.
