Good location - Very comfortable bed, clean and well located apartment Unfortunately the shutters in the lounge seemed broken so I couldn’t open it. It wasn’t a big problem for me as I was only sleeping there but would have been nice to let the light in at times during the day

- Anuja (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment has its positives: it’s spacious, clean, and conveniently located near supermarkets and public transport (tram, bus, and metro stops). Check-in was smooth, and the contact person was responsive and apologetic when issues were raised. However, there were some significant drawbacks. Basic amenities like hand soap, shower gel, and dishwasher soap were missing initially, though the repair staff brought some essentials when informed. The washing machine didn’t work during our stay, and while we reported it promptly, it wasn’t repaired. The staff insisted the dryer was also a washer, which was incorrect, leaving the issue unresolved. The location is quite noisy; we could hear everything from the neighbours, which might not suit those looking for peace and quiet. Additionally, checkout is strictly enforced—at 10 a.m. sharp, the cleaning staff was at the door, making late checkout unlikely. Overall, it’s a decent choice if you need a clean, well-located place to sleep, but don’t expect a seamless or super-host experience.
