The property itself was beautiful, peaceful, and immaculately maintained, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional hospitality we received. A very special thank you to Ayu and Wira, who went above and beyond every single day to make us feel welcomed and cared for. Their kindness, warmth, and genuine attentiveness did not go unnoticed. Whether it was helping with recommendations, checking in to ensure we were comfortable, or simply greeting us with the biggest smiles, they made the entire experience feel so personal and special. It’s rare to come across customer service that feels this genuine. Ayu and Wira are truly an asset to the villa, and their beautiful energy made our trip even more memorable. We left feeling so grateful and already can’t wait to come back. Highly, highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with outstanding service and the kindest staff.
• Ferreira (10/5): Relaxing and welcoming. - We loved how luxurious, yet ‘homey’, it felt. The pool was so nice, brilliant sun beds. Basically everything we wanted. Wira was so helpful in helping to organise a bike rental for us and was so also very quick to respond to any queries we had. There is a gate to the little driveway of the villa, which acts as a good security measure and at certain times of the day there is a security guard. Ayu, who was the cleaner was lovely and really appreciated how attentive to detail she was. Surrounding cafe/restaurant’s are also really nice. Wira also helped with our airport transfer which made the process of landing in a new place feel really welcoming. We were met by the driver Agus who also really welcoming and got us to our villa. There isn’t anything negative to say.

• Ale (10/5): - Quando siamo arrivati, il personale ci stava aspettando e ci ha preparato il caffè immediatamente, la villa è eccezionale, Ayu e Wira sono stati assolutamente accomodanti e disponibili, colazione e pulizie eccellenti. La villa è perfetta per 6 persone nulla
• Rahul (1/5): Bad - Upon checking in, I found a significant number of ants in the bedrooms. The owner responded by sending his team to apply pesticide spray, which isn’t ideal for sleeping conditions. Despite this, we decided to give the benefit of the doubt and stayed the night. However, we couldn’t sleep for more than 30 minutes at a time as the night was spent constantly killing ants. By morning, my back was covered in bites, and I had to visit a hospital for treatment. The following morning, I took a video showing the bed infested with hundreds of ants. When I shared this with the owner, he proposed sending his team again to repeat the same ineffective process from the previous day. At that point, I decided to pack my bags and check out, as I could not risk my health any further. I ended up forfeiting 8 nights of my booking because I couldn’t bear to stay there a minute longer. The villa is completely open on all four sides, with the kitchen and living area fully exposed. This makes them impractical to use during the day due to the heat and risky at night due to the surrounding wildlife. If you're willing to risk your health and safety, this villa might suit you. Otherwise, I strongly advise against booking it. I am attaching videos as evidence to ensure the owner cannot deny these issues. It’s also worth noting that this owner has been banned from Airbnb in the past due to safety concerns.
• Parvinder (10/5): Best place - A Heavenly Retreat! My recent stay at this villa was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in luxury and comfort. The villa itself is beautifully designed, blending elegance with a cozy vibe. Each room exudes warmth. The spacious layout provided plenty of room for relaxation, and the private pool became our favorite spot to unwind under the sun. The amenities were top-notch! The fully equipped kitchen and the outdoor dining area allowed us to enjoy our meals. The host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, providing local tips and being incredibly responsive to any questions we had. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough to anyone looking for a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. This will definitely not be our last visit! 5 stars all the way!

From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The villa itself is stunning – spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with a perfect blend of modern amenities and traditional Balinese charm. The open air living area and private pool was a highlight, providing a serene oasis to relax and unwind. The garden was lush and well-maintained, adding to the villa’s tranquil ambiance. Each bedroom was equipped with a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom, ensuring complete privacy and comfort for everyone. One of the standout features was the personalized service. The staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs. The house manager “Wira” was very welcoming and responsive. The villa maid “Ayu” always has genuine smile on her face makes you feel welcomed and she makes the best breakfast. Overall, our stay exceeded all expectations.
