Ivan (10/5): Супер розташування, комфортне і сучасне помешкання, доброзичливий господар. - Супер розташування, все в межах пішої доступності. Прибули в місто дуже рано і господар пішов нам на зустріч - дав можливість заселитись відразу після прибирання , а також ми залишили наш багаж у нього в офісі до заселення. Після виселення (так як у нас був вечірній від"їзд з міста) також ми мали можливість залишити свій багаж на декілька годин у нього в офісі. Дякуємо за розуміння . Рекомендуємо це помешкання, хороше розташування, в помешканні є все необхідне.
Daniela Eder-Sonnleithne (9/5): Für einen Städtetrip empfehlenswert - Gemütliche kleine Wohnung in einer sehr zentralen Lage, das Bett herrlich bequem, die Küche mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Schlüsselübergabe und Abreise haben problemlos funktioniert. Die Wohnung sauber, die Heizung hat bei den Minusgraden auch gut funktioniert, nachdem wir den Dreh heraus hatten 😂 Der Balkon geht in den Hinterhof, View gibt's keinen, ist im Dezember ziemlich egal, für den Raucher hat's gut gepasst👍

Several great restaurants that are on the same and a nice little bakery up the street period. 5-minute walk to be in the middle of Old Town. Head toward the river from there and you're right at Charles Bridge.

Andrei (9/5): - The location, facilities inside, clearness are perfect. Very quiet atmosphere. 1000 (:)) restaurants are around. About location again. We would say: no way to find anything else better (for us). The apartment for 2 persons - super. Parking: available on the public parking lot. 500 meters from the apartment. We organised the booking of the parking by our own.

Silvina (10/5): impecable - la amabilidad de la señora de la limpieza y el anfitrión. nos permitieron dejar las maletas antes de la hora del check in. todo muy claro, practico y muy bien explicado. limpio, elegante y confortable. pequeño pero acogedor.
Ines (7/5): Einfach und funktional - Die Lage in der Altstadt ist super, zum Wenzelsplatz in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß und auch die Karlsbrücke kann man bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Viele Bars und Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Der Vermieter hat Hinweise und Tipps gegeben wo man gut Frühstücken kann usw. und ist auch direkt auf unsere zeitigere Ankunftszeit eingegangen und hat uns in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung ist Recht einfach aber funktional ausgestattet, es standen Tee und Kaffeepads zu Verfügung. Die Wohnung hat wenig nutzbare Steckdosen, am Bett direkt nur Eine. Ich finde es hätten mehr Handtücher sein können, es gab pro Person ein Duschtuch aber nur ein " kleines" Handtuch. Die Wohnung lässt sich schlecht lüften, die Klimaanlage war uns zu laut.
מיכאל (7/5): נחמד - המיקום מסירת מפתחות+הדרכה קצרה ע"י איש צוות החברת ניהול-שמו לנו בקבוק מים+בירות קרות במקרר+מקרר בגודל נורמלי מבחינת איבזור היה סבונים+קפסולות למכונת כביסה/מדיח מקלחת שירותים משופצים -זרימת מים טובה נכון לזמן שהיינו-המקום מתאים לשומרי שבת מפתחות מכניים לא זול לדירה כזו... היינו 3 נפשות-דירה ממש קטנה בקושי אפשר לזוז-מיטה זוגית+עוד מיטה+ארון בגב המטבח זה דירת חדר קצת גדולה מטבח אי באמצע החדר-ולא נוח לתזוזה טוש+שירותים הקיר מזכוכית חלבית היינו צריכים לאתר ולשים פלקט על הדלת+קיר זכוכית שיהיה פרטיות ולא יראו דמויות בשירותים/מקלחת חייב לנקות את פתחי האוירור של המזגן+אדני חלונות מאובקים מי שמנהל את הדירה זה חברת ניהול-אז לפני שמזמינים רק לוודא שמטפלים במה שרשמתי

מיכאל (10/5): Be cautious when it comes to money — they might look for any opportunity to charge extra. - The apartment is excellent and the location is great, but the service I received was disappointing. I got locked out after the key was left inside the door, making it impossible to open from the outside. The host arrived and mentioned this wasn’t the first time such an issue had happened. I waited for an hour — without success. I had to leave, and only after about 30 minutes I was told the issue was resolved and I could return. At the same time, they asked for a tip — without even offering an apology. Later, I received a sarcastic message about leaving only 100 CZK, along with a vague claim that the locksmith cost €100–€120. It felt like an unfair attempt to pressure me into paying more. Additionally, although the booking stated that late check-in costs €25, I was charged €30. I paid, but it’s unclear why a simpler solution isn’t available. In conclusion: Great apartment, but the attitude was disappointing. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of the tourist at every opportunity.
