THIRUMURUGAN (3/5): Disapponited - Location and room were ok. Total mismatch of photos , especially of swimming pool. Kids were totally disappointed. Breakfast is another disappointment Too expensive for the experience we had. Could have booked better resort

Mehta (1/5): Never book this - Nothing. The room was without ANY WINDOW. Totally unpleasant. The pics shown are false. How can a person on holiday live n such a bad room. Horrible. Even though we had done the early payment, we left the property immediately after checking in and moved to other hotel. Wastage of money.

Abijith (6/5): Pleasant - The staff was helpful and polite. The stay at the silent retreat wasn't worth the money paid. The rooms weren't sound proof - could hear the other guests snoring from the other room. We stayed there for 3 nights and breakfast was included in the stay however we felt hostels would provide us with better options. All three days we were served with idli sambar and chutney. No other beverages other than tea and coffee were served. Electrical distribution and lack of current supply were frequent.

Prithvi (1/5): LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE, this is a disgustingly monetised place. Absolutely not worth the money. - The property was pretty and easy to access, and lot of nice views. Despite such a high price, the property doesn’t provide basic amenities for a place located in a high altitude cold weather place. They will be looking to charge extra for things that any other place will give for free. Such as to setup bonfire is chargeable (1200/- per hour !!) and since it was very cold in the room, non-functioning geyser, cold water, we asked for a heater in the room, the manager said it is chargeable (1500/- per night). Which is absurd. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone as there are other value for money options with more comfortable stay.

Abdul (3/5): Do not book such fradulent facility stating as Resort for name sake - Nothing to say what I like. In the booking page, it was mentioned about the facilities but it was all bluffing. No restuarant and nothing like other recreation as mentioned. The property charged for governent tax but did not provide any invoice. It is truely a fradulent. I would not suggest anyone to book this facility and not loose the value of money.
