• Silvia (9/5): - It was really comfortable, well located and with a supermarket just around the corner. The balcony a wonderful plus. It is an older apartment reminding me of the 80s-90s but in excellent condition and all working well, very clean and well-equiped. It is an older type of apartment, that that makes it charming, but maybe an upgrade to conviniences like a small coffee machine (in order to make coffee you had to buy a bag of coffee because the only appliance was an italian cafetera and if you're staying just a few days what do you do with the coffee that's left). Details like that would help. Also, be careful with the humity/smell of the closets, which they acquire if the place hasn't been used/ventilated often.
• Olga (3/5): - Nie wieder! Gute Lage und Balkon mit Ausblick nutzt nichts, wenn man nicht schlafen kann und die Wohnung eine komplette Sanierung braucht! Schrecklich! Leute, Hände weg! Wir haben überlegt, ob wir nicht in ein Hotel gehen. Die Wohnung ist eine Katastrophe. Letzte Renovierung sicher vor 20 Jahren, Wände gelb, das Bad eklig, tausend Duftstäbchen in der Wohnung statt frisch ausmalen. Und das Schlimmste war, der Fernseher vom Nachbar läuft laut die ganze Nacht bis 4 Uhr früh, sodass man weder einschlafen noch durchschlafen kann, ohne Ohrenstöpsel! Nie wieder!

• Cristhian Orlando (7/5): - Muy bien ubicado y con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. El acceso y sus calles que por las reformas, tocaba dar muchas vueltas incluso para pedir un taxi.
• santana (4/5): Decepcionante - La ubicación estaba bastante bien. La limpieza del alojamiento dejaba bastante que desear. Se notaba acumulación de polvo y suciedad de estancias anteriores, especialmente detrás de las mesitas de noche, la cama y el sofá, donde encontramos bastante basura acumulada. Además, el lavamanos no desaguaba correctamente y desprendía un olor desagradable. El termo goteaba constantemente y presentaba signos evidentes de óxido, lo que indicaba que no se trataba de un problema reciente. Por otro lado, en los rellanos del edificio había un olor muy fuerte procedente de otros pisos. Aunque entendemos que esto no depende directamente del apartamento, sí afecta considerablemente a la comodidad de la estancia, ya que el olor era insoportable, se filtraba dentro del piso y hacía desagradable incluso salir al rellano. Además, entraban muchos mosquitos procedentes de la basura, lo que empeoraba aún más la experiencia. En general, estos aspectos hicieron que nuestra estancia no fuera lo cómoda que esperábamos. Por último destacar que las vistas que prometen deja mucho que desear… ya que son inexistentes

• Ornella (6/5): Ottima posizione, ma appartamento da rivedere - La posizione, servizi vicini e host gentile Se dovessi fare l'elenco delle cose che non andavano nella struttura, impiegherei del tempo, ma la riassumo con pulizia scadente e appartamento da ristrutturare. L'appartamento non era ideale per bambini oltre i 2 anni, situazione limite alla mia, e non veniva minimamente menzionato in fase di prenotazione, per cui ci siamo arrangiati a dormire. Il divano letto menzionato era sporco,impolverato e materasso sottilissimo, quindi non utilizzabile aperto. Prese volanti e sporche, polvere in ogni dove, moquette del terrazzo sporca, lavandino del bagno mezzo otturato, portone d'ingresso difettoso (infatti per il check-in automatico è stato un problema). L'appartamento avrebbe bisogno di molta manutenzione viste le potenzialità.

• Daniela FS (10/5): Perfect stay, really good internet for remote work in Seville - I liked that it was clean, close enough to the city center, with all necessary. Also the internet was really good and reliable. The size of the room is good enough for one person, 2 at most.

• Vanja (8/5): Nice but tricky to spend time in the apartment, for sleep is good. - Location is Amazing, the view is perfect? You have everything you need in the apartment and the bed is super comfy. The water in toilet is usable for only one person in half an hour time. Like the time needed for the flush to be full is horrible we could not use it properly we had to use the shower to flush. Water in the sink also very bad, we had to wash our teeth in the kitchen.

• Olena (7/5): Good - The location is great, the bed is super comfortable, nice view from the terrace, good communication with the host. The apartment is not very clean overall. Some devices haven't been washed for so long that they've become sticky. Guys, you need to do something with the refrigerator handle:)

• Arturas (1/5): Bad - The owner lied about free parking available at the property. Even after a special call to Booking and explaining the situation , nothing changes. Actually, there was only the possibility to park in the paid lot. Had to pay an extra 26 euros for overnight parking. Very over-priced hostel type place with lack of facilities. Not recommended!
