• Stacy (5/5): Tampa is a beautiful place to visit, this place is a great deal for the price. - The location was fairly easy to access. A cozy space for 3. The ac worked great even though during our stay it was cold in Tampa. The keypad was great instead of keys. The general aesthetic matched the pictures. Overall this was a decent location especially for the price. We did not have any lights in the back to get to the suite (small house) so we just used our flashlights. The inside was tidy but I’m not sure if it was super clean. I used a dish and it definitely still had residual oil or something on the plate. For 3 people this is a great deal, any more than that it would be too tight. The pictures made it seem maybe a little bigger but it matched the general aesthetic. The water took a while to warm up which was no problem.

• Robert (1/5): Would never recommend. - Expensive lesson. In a run down area in the early stages of gentrification. No parking. Was pretty sure my vehicle would be broken into if left in the only place to park. A narrow street. Most other cars parked on the front lawns. The Home Depot decor wasn't very imaginative. All the threats of rules not being followed to the letter leading to fines was repetitive. Not impressed at all. Did not stay. The owner can do what he morally feels is right with the cleaning fee.
• Sally (7/5): Good - It was in a very quiet location. One small shop. Lose by. It was a little far out from any restaurants & bars for evening meals for us.
• Samara (10/5): My stay was perfect and affordable! - It was so cute and very comfortable. The lady was very very sweet. I would recommend! Everything was great!
