• Betina (9/5): - We were 4 adults staying in the villa for a weekend, and overall everything was great for a short stay.🙌🏼 However, one thing was absolutely unbearable: the water in the bathroom was salty and extremely unpleasant, both for showering and for brushing teeth. We ended up using bottled mineral water that we had purchased beforehand to brush our teeth and wash our faces. Even after taking a shower, we still felt “unclean” because of the salty water, which was very uncomfortable and disappointing. This significantly affected our overall experience…😵‍💫

• Ion Ungureanu (10/5): - The villa is very comfortable and nicely decorated, located in a very quiet place. I recommend it to families with children. Access to all the surrounding facilities is by car, the nearest decent restaurant is 4 km away. The most beautiful beach in the area is without exception Vergia Beach (11km away). Regarding restaurants, wherever I ate in Kallikrateia, it was very good, but it is more pleasant at those located on the beach. In conclusion, a very pleasant stay and I recommend Serene without exception.

• Georgios (9/5): Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt sehr zu empfehlen - Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber,der Pool war super .Hatten Probleme mit dem Schlüsselcode er wurde uns sofort geholfen obwohl es schon 23:00 Uhr war.Es war alles in allem eine sehr schöne Unterkunft .Zum Meer war es nicht weit gut zu Fuß zu erreichen Leider fehlt eine Spülmaschine,die Küche hätte ein paar Utensilien mehr haben können.Es ist leider sehr hellhörig .Das dritte Schlafzimmer ist leider offen sodass man leise sein muss um die schlafenden nicht zu stören
• Nikolaos (10/5): - Χώροι άνετοι, κουζίνα εξοπλισμένη και μεγάλη, ηλεκτρικά είδη πλήρη και ποιοτικά (πλυντήριο - καφετιέρα - φούρνος κτλ), θέση στάθμευσης ιδιωτική, ησυχία, κλιματισμός κεντρικού τύπου και ατομικός στα δωμάτια σε άριστη κατάσταση χωρίς οσμές/θόρυβο κτλ, 2 μπάνια χρηστικά και ποιοτικά είδη υγιεινής, εντομοαπωθητικές συσκευές σε όλους του χώρους. Γενικά άνετη και ευχάριστη διαμονή. Εξαιρετική η διακόσμηση και η επιλογή των επίπλων. Αν και προσεγμένα καθαρό το διαμέρισμα, στους τοίχους αρκετά σκοτωμένα έντομα, που χαλάνε την πολύ καλή εικόνα. Προσωπικά θα προτιμούσα σαλονάκι στον υπαίθριο χώρο αντί για την (μικρή-ρηχή) πισίνα, ωστόσο είναι ίσως καλή επιλογή για μικρά παιδιά. Δεν έχει ιδιαίτερη θέα.

• Svenja (9/5): Mehr als ok! - Die Unterkunft war weitestgehend gut ausgestattet. Es gab Parkmöglichkeiten und die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung war sehr angenehm! Der Pool ist auch sehr schön :) Für 6 Leute waren die gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten nichts ausreichen vorhanden, die Bauart der Wohn/Schlafzimmers ist Gewöhnungsbedürftig, die Umgebung ist nicht unbedingt Touristisch.

• Dragoș (9/5): - The villa is newly built and for this reason everything inside is new and functions properly. It is very clean and situated in a quiet neighborhood. Our group (especially the children) enjoyed the swimming pool. We also liked the fact that very close, at approximately 100 m, there is a decent, quiet, beach. I didn’t like that the sound insulation was not so good. When I was in the bathroom/toilet I could hear the person in the adjacent villa who was also in the toilet. Also, I didn’t like that sometimes while I was showering the water didn’t have a constant flow and temperature, being either too hot or cold. It seemed to me that this happened if somebody else, even from a different villa, was showering or using the tap in the kitchen. These 2 issues were not so important, they didn’t affect much the overall experience.

• Sharon (9/5): We thoroughly enjoyed an idyllic holiday on the coast in this wonderful villa with its' own pool. - Nikos was in contact with me prior to my arrival so I had a number to use for any concerns about getting to the villa. He was then present as we arrived which made it easy to get settled. The villa is spacious and the beds were amazingly comfortable. The pool was clean and the outside area, whilst small, was all that we needed as a family of four. There was a midweek clean as well which was most welcome. The Sahara Beach Club is a short walk away and it was a 10-minute taxi ride into the town of Kallikatreia, which is full of shops and restaurants. There was only one television in the villa which can be tricky for a family with children. Perhaps a television in one of the bedrooms would be helpful but it's a minor point.

• Adrian (8/5): - The location is perfect if travel by car, right near the beach, like in photos. In the description of the unit they don't say that one of the upstairs bedrooms is open to the living area, so it is difficult to be used, because of the noise other can do... Also, they say the villa is for 6 people, but there is no space for 6 people on the terrace, outside. There is small space also inside. So, pay attention, if there are groups of different families! At the terrace there is no any shadow area, so it is difficult to use the pool area during hot days (almost every day!)... There is no sunbeds, maybe because there is no space for a sunbed. Bottom of line, we felt claustrophobic!

• Miroslav (9/5): - Ubytovanie bolo pekné, čisté, moderné, dobre vybavené. Super bol bazén na vlastnej terase. V blízkosti je pekná pláž Sahara, na ostatné pláže je potrebné jazdiť autom. Okolie ubytovania a cesta k pláži je veľmi škaredá, k tak peknému ubytovaniu sa to vôbec nehodí. V okolí chýbajú reštaurácie, v podstate tam nie je žiadny spoločenský život. Je treba ísť autom do mesta. Otravné boli aj poobedné výpadky elektriny, zrejme z poddimenzovanej elektrickej siete.

• Dan (9/5): OK, small, can work - Staff was polite and helping, at any hour. The pool was nice, and the trees actually helped. The pool heated up in the morning, then had some shade in the afternoon. Shoutout for having the AC dust free. A lot of other properties forget this aspect. Modern aspect - no weird tiles or curtains. Clean sheets and towels. Card/PIN door access. No toilet restrictions as is onther areas of Greece. Felt too crammed, and the comminicating design terribly amplified this as it transferred precious breathing air to hallway/living area. There is only one proper bedroom - downstairs. The other two are crippled: very low roof, small volume. One bedroom was open towards the living area, splat by curtains - which are even less effective than drywalls on stopping noise, so it's important who sleeps where. Unfortunately, it also depends on neighbours. We were somewhat lucky, but if all villas are taken, not sure how it goes. Not enough shade beyond the pool. No umbrela

• Violina (9/5): - We had a great time staying at these villas! Nikos, the host, was extremely friendly, kind, and helpful throughout our entire stay. We were a bigger group and rented two villas next to each other, which worked out really well for us. Nikos was very responsive whenever we had questions or needed anything — it made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The villas are in a great location — very close to the beach and the Sahara Bar, which is within easy walking distance. The beach itself is clean, sandy, and perfect for relaxing or taking a swim. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend these villas, especially for smaller groups or families who want to be close to the beach and enjoy a peaceful vacation. One thing to keep in mind if you're traveling as a large group is that there's not a lot of outdoor space for everyone to gather together in one spot. However, the living room inside the house is spacious and comfortable, so we were able to spend time together there without any problem.

Shower is very modern, new and spacious. The house is simply extremely new and that is a big plus! The kitchen s well equipped, also very positive. Dishwasher might be a good addition to the nice kitchen, there may be actually space to still put that in!

Относно вилата е много луксозно , отседнахме в стандартната вила, но по дизайн всички са еднакви, басейна е супер, двора е малък , но комфортен, а вилата е просто зашеметяваща! • Adam (9/5): Great location next to the best beach in Halkidiki! - Great place! Close to the best beach bar in Halkidiki, just 4 minutes walk from The beach. Nice pool and indoor design! The pedestrian door to the garage did not close and when it was windy it was slamming all night long even though we asked to fix it, it was fixed for one day and returned to its original condition of not working properly.

• Randi (10/5): Fantastisk plass, med svært hyggelige verter! - Nyte, flotte boenheter nær stranden. Her er alt tilrettelagt for en god ferie. To fullverdige bad m/dusj, ekstra gode senger. Aircondition i alle sove- og fellesrom. Hadde ikke oppvaskmaskin, noe som hadde vært greit. Da vi visste om dette, brukte vi mye engangs kopper/tallerker. Dermed var det ikke noe problem for oss.

The house did not have a fence and those staying in the other houses were walking through the yard from 8 am and making noise, the gate was not locked.

• Jenny (5/5): Lovely Villa but little Privacy!! - The Villa was nice and walking distance to the beach. Unfortunately the third bedroom had one wall with vertical blinds which left you with no privacy. Upstairs it has a sensor light which lit up every time someone moved. Downstairs bedroom has a blue light flashing all through the night not sure what that is, assuming security system??? There was a constant loud noise in the kitchen possibly a pump every minute (literally) .Sliding door at back is extremely hard to open. Last morning there we had two gentleman come over a fence at 9.30am to clean the pool, I referred to my messages which explained this may occur after 11am!! There was no privacy being in the pool as the have slats horizontally with a large space between them and you could see everything and everyone in the next villa, no privacy at all! You also need to collect your rubbish and take to end of the street and turn right to get to the main skip all of this proved that we were not happy with our overall stay unfortunately.
