• Monica Cristina (10/5): Estadía perfecta de 10 días en el apartamento perfecto - Todo excelente. Apartamento muy bien ubicado en una zona tranquila, muy bonita y con todos los comercios que se pueden necesitar, A 3 cuadras del centro histórico. Perfectamente equipado en todos sus ambientes. Y encima muy bonito !!! Por ser una estadía larga hicieron una limpieza extra en la mitad de la misma. Y mi más sincero agradecimiento a Lucía, una persona encantadora, amable, bien predispuesta y atenta a todas las necesidades del huesped. El check in no requería de su presencia, pero tuvo la deferencia de venir a recibirme. Recomiendo el alojamiento sin dudarlo. Muchas gracias Lucía por todo ! Nada, todo perfecto !!

• Qin (9/5): Despite of the toilet, the stay experience is satisfying. - The apartment is located in the commercial area, feels safe and nice. The apartment space is cozy but well served us three. The toilet could not flush, need to be fixed.

• JESÚS MANUEL (7/5): Apartamento práctico para disfrutar de la ciudad - Lo mejor la ubicación, a 5 minutos andando del centro y cerca de la Alameda. El check-in fácil, pues recogimos las llaves donde nos dijo la propietaria, en la recepción de un hotel cercano, donde también pudimos dejar el equipaje antes de entrar en el apartamento. El apartamento es pequeño, pero para dos o 3 personas está bien, teniendo claro que es para dormir y descansar tras visitar la ciudad. Dispone de una pequeña nevera, máquina de café y vitro, por lo que se pueden preparar desayunos. El sofá cama era un poco incómodo para quien sufra de la espalda. El cuarto de baño era un poco pequeño, pero dado que está pensado para estancias no muy largas, tampoco fue un problema

L’appartamento è ampio, accogliente e pulito, arredato con attenzione ai dettagli. Il gestore è premuroso e sempre disponibile, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

• Wichard (9/5): - Mooi gelegen centraal zodat je het nieuwe gedeelte en de oude stad goed kunt bezoeken. Paar minuten lopen. Op zich geen probleem maar je kijkt wel uit op een blinde muur.

Close to the Alameda Park. There are many restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries nearby. Julia is an excellent host. Very helpful and attentive. The apartment has a very comfortable size for a short stay.

• Silvia (10/5): Muy cómodo para descubrir Santiago - Posición del apartamento estupenda. Muy amable la propietaria para gestionar check in y check out. Apartamento quizás justito para 4 personas, pero lo sabíamos y volveríamos de nuevo porque es realmente una zona estupenda, llena de bares y de tiendas y a pocos minutos de la calle más céntrica e histórica de Santiago. Encontramos aparcamiento cerca en un garage sin problemas ( unos 15 € al día) Lo recomiendo ! Todo fenomenal. Por decir algo, que la vista era a una zona interior donde daban los bloques de la manzana , que no era muy bonita. Pero no da sensación ninguna de agobio porque es muy grande y para dormir tampoco necesitábamos más.

Our host was especially helpfull so a big thanks to her For our three night stay in october it was perfect but I should imagine you would need aircon in the summer
• Anthony (7/5): Good location. - Location. Near the old town and easy access to the bus and train stations. Lucia was helpful and we got access early. Washing machine is useful. Oil, salt and pepper available. Been mentioned in other reviews but there is no kettle and just one big pan for boiling water and cooking. I think this is dangerous for boiling water and makes cooking more than one dish difficult. At least an additional small pan would be helpful. Cupboards are high making it hard for smaller people to reach. There was no tea. Only two coffee pods for two people for two days.

Good nights sleep Standard of cleanliness was high. Ample storage. Would revisit. There was a washing machine, but nowhere to hang the washing. The outside washing line was dirty because it hadn't been used for ages. It would have been good to have a local street map. Also useful to have restaurant/bar recommendations. Had great difficulty accessing the street portal on arrival. Someone leaving let us in. We were not tecky enough to understand/ follow the instructions.

Just needed a bigger frying pan but had everything we needed.

The kitchen utensils were inadequate for self catering.It had no kettle and needed a small second saucepan,a sharp kitchen knife and scissors as basic utensils.There was also no plug in the bathroom washbasin.The high kitchen cupboards were inaccessible to shorter people.We have been travelling across Spain and Portugal and have stayed in several apartments which have been far better equipped for alot less money. If extra utensils could be provided and a step stool it would be very good. .

Mattress was too hard. Small bathroom. Needs more hooks to hang wet towels, maybe behind the doors would be a good idea.
