Sehr angenehmer Kontakt zur Ansprechpartnerin. Rückfragen wurden sehr schnell geklärt und Zusatzwünsche meinerseits adressiert. Nochmals Danke! Ab und an immer mal wieder etwas lauter ringsum, insbesondere durch die Mieter des Hauses, aber auch ein Unternehmen mit Lagerräume unter der Wohnung. War aber KEIN gravierendes Problem.

- Willy Kivanc (9/5): For our visit to Stuttgart, it was good value for money and for the most part, a nice stay. - The host has provided detailed, prompt and useful information. The apartment was indeed newly renovated. The location is very near to the highway junction, making it easy to access to Stuttgart. Actually, it is in a generally nice neighborhood. The apartment has a side which is facing the residential part of Fellbach, and the other is looking at a number of businesses clustered in this area (an information which was available to me at the outset with a google maps search). Although resolved promptly by the host, we had very early in the morning renovation noise problem. The location is right at the border of the residential area and the businesses. If you have car, you need to take into account that street parking can be difficult. Moreover, even if you think you parked properly, there can be some friction with the business owners.
