• Richard (5/5): Fine for a couple of nights. - Room was clean and bright. Bed was comfy and was pretty peaceful. I only stayed for a couple of nights and pleased it was a short stay. Very central and close to the beach. Breakfast was tasteless and very unappealing. The place feels like a bit of a holiday factory. The pool overlooks a bus stop and a car park. Check in was laborious.

• Jenny (8/5): Abbiamo passato una bella vacanza - Pulizia della stanza ottima, sono state pulite tutti i giorni in modo molto accurato. Colazione e cena abbondante, molte cose buone altre meno ma vista la tanta scelta nel complesso abbiamo mangiato bene! Paella in particolare molto buona, per colazione invece abbiamo apprezzato i pancake e le uova! In piscina siamo stati poco, molto pulita e piacevole. Staff disponibile e gentile! Migliorerei i biglietti scritti sopra gli alimenti dei buffet in quanto non c’erano in italiano e spesso ci siamo trovati a non capire. Insonorizzazione delle stanze molto bassa, ci è capitato spesso di svegliarci perché facevano casino nei corridoi o nelle stanze. Dovrebbe esserci un divieto di occupazione dell’ombrellone in piscina in quanto molte persone lo occupavano prima di colazione e poi ci si ritrovava senza posto.

La cuisine des appartements n'est pas suffisamment équipée. Ne comptez pas y préparer votre repas. Dans le cadre de la demie-pension c'est très bien.

De plus nous avons eu une surprise à notre arrivée, l'établissement nous a surclassé en suite au lieu d'une chambre Standard. Malgré le hors saison, c'était top. Franchement tout était parfait sauf peut-être le bruit extérieur la nuit provenant du système de ventilation de l'hôtel je pense ou climatisation.

The pool was really good .The staff were very polite, helpful and professional in general. We had a great stay. All good other than a couple of reception staff could have been a little more helpful .

Amabilité du personnel au top. La nourriture trop industrielle et sucrée pour mes papilles françaises. A noter que mon appréciation peut être subjective.

• joseph (9/5): Séjour idyllique dans un lieu magnifique , découverte enchantée de la plage Macareletta - L'emplacement était superbe. Les repas proposaient un choix varié, des viandes, poissons et légumes cuisinés. Le petit déjeuner présentait un tel choix qu'il était difficile d'être raisonnable. Nous avons profité du sauna et du jacuzzi pour nous détendre et la salle de sport bien que petite est cependant bien équipée. Le confort des lits pourrait être un peu meilleur et surtout l'hôtel pourrait proposer davantage de chambres avec un vrai lit double et non deux lits côte à côte.
• Remo (6/5): Preis Leistung schlecht - Die Aussicht war sehr schön und das Personal beim Check-in sehr freundlich. Ich reise 10 Tage durch Menorca und bin täglich in einem neuen Hotel. Im Vergleich zu den anderen Hotels in denen ich bisher war ist das Preis-Leistungunsverhältnis einfach nur schlecht. Vieles in der Inneneinrichtung wirkt billig. Die Abendveranstaltung war derart laut sogar bei geschlossenem Fenster dass bis nach 22.00 kein einschlafen möglich war. Zu allem Überfluss klopft dann morgens um 8.30 eine Mitarbeiterin der Reinigung an die Türe um zu fragen wann ich den gehe.

Everyone was very friendly, and my daughter especially loved their warm welcome and cheerful greetings each time we went to the restaurant. She always looked forward to going back! The hotel is clean and family-friendly, with a great selection of dishes for both breakfast and dinner. Our room was cleaned daily and offered a lovely view too. None
• Maritza (10/5): Aniversario - Nos encantó todo de este hotel, desde el atendimento hasta los servicios. El desayuno es magnífico. Los recepcionistas que nos recibieron el sábado fueron increíbles. Su atendimento fue de 10 🌟 nos dieron un apartamento muy lindo y con todo bien equipado. Realmente es un lugar encantador . Menorca es una isla hermosa y sus calas espectaculares

• didier (8/5): correspond parfaitement à notre attente - le petit déjeuné et le diner était très bien.la situation géographique de l'hôtel permet d'accéder à l'ensemble des sites de l'ile soit à pied soit en un minimum de temps avec voiture ou bus. le personnel est agréable , discret et à l'écoute des clients. proximité d'un parking gratuit et de commerces et restaurants. plage de sable et cala magnifique toute proche. manque d'insonorisation entre logement et surtout au niveau de la baie vitrée ce qui permet de participer aux animations et spectacles du soir même si vous n'en avez pas envie. les chambres sont équipées essentiellement de lits simples ce qui est dommage lorsque vous êtes en couple.
• alix (9/5): Au top - Nous avons été surclassées dans un appartement spacieux avec deux chambres et deux sdb. Le staff était super sympathique, attentionné. Buffet bien garni et grillades très bonnes. Emplacement exceptionnel. Location de voiture sur place au top. Supérette tres pratique. Une piscine chauffée et le 10 aurait été donné 😉

Tiene variedad y calidad, riquísimo todo, tanto en el desayuno como en la cena Las habitaciones son minúsculas, todo el conjunto, es incluso incómodo ya que para varios días no tiene almacenaje, el baño es justísimo y el balcón de juguete
