- K (3/5): Really disappointed, deserves more like a 7.9, good value only at that rating - There was a washer. The neighborhood was quiet. The water pressure was good. The place had lots of light. There for coffee making choices. There were only 3 forks, though there was some decent equipment in the kitchen. The kitchen sink faucet was broken in that it would just spin around, which made it very difficult to turn on. Well there was an elevator, the stairs coming up from the ground floor were incredibly dirty with lots of ceiling material on the floor, as if it had been months (or longer) since it was cleaned. When I mentioned there was only one roll of toilet paper they first told me to go out and buy some more, eventually relenting and bringing it by the next day. There were no screens on the windows. The shower while beautiful was nearly dangerous since the tiles on the floor were quite smooth. The sofa was uncomfortable and there were only two small gard pillows for the bed. The space was cramped with too many chairs. They gave no specific suggestions when asked regarding restaurants just pointed us to a street. The divider between the couch and the bed looked like studs. I have always found that places that rated 9 and above on booking we're really great. This place made me question the entire rating system that you have. I think this place deserves an overall 7.9 to 8.1, certainly no better than that, and only that because it's good value. Please note the pictures I've included of the stairs what it looked like when you open the door and the divider. Because your app only allows "recent photos" I was unable to include them since they were taken a week and a half ago when we stayed there. Please contact me directly and I'll send the photos.
