- Kinner (6/5): Met our needs. - The location was close to the falls and to many of the other attractions such as the Skylon Tower and Cliffton Hill. Appliances were new. It was a quiet apartment complex with a mix of residents and visitors. A coat of paint would go a long way in making things look nicer. The walls were very scuffed up. The dining chairs and railing on the bunkbed could use some tightening. Can’t do much about the apartment being in the basement and having little natural light but the place was well lit to make up for it.
- Chee Hong (3/5): Dissapponting - Location is near the falls and ample parking at the unit. Equipment and state of cleanliness leaves a bit to be desired. So is the direct communication to the propertt office staff.
- Amandina (7/5): Good - Great location, quiet place It was not very clean even though they charged a cleaning fee.
Also, it's not safe for small kids. There was an aluminum thing on the floor really sharp and always coming off when we stepped on it.
- Julie (9/5): Property was great other than instructions confusion - Clean and comfortable A little confusing - on the property unit number and lock box code as didn’t receive an email of this prior to stay and had to contact home owner to get this information while we waited outside in the cold for these instructions to enter the unit
- Shawn (5/5): Not very friendly host. It didn't mention on the posting that the unit is underground. - What What breakfast? Location was ok not too far from tge falls
- Valerie (8/5): Very good - Pet-friendly, tiny but fit up to 7 people easy. Clean and has everything that you may need during your stay. Misleading name! This apartment is not “5 min from Niagara”. 7-8 min drive during busy time. To walk showed at least 40 minutes. Nothing decent to go to around except a shawarma place.
- Surya (10/5): Dog 🐕 friendly apartment in Niagara! - Super host, they provided soap, quality shampoo and toiletries. We felt home from day one. Specially travelling with 2 Yorkshire dogs. The place is convenient because is crossing a small plaza where you can buy snacks and food. We were very happy with the place and the host but they were 2 small things that I believe they can add to make the experience perfect.
Dinner table chairs are not the most comfortable ones. (Couple of pillows do the trick )
I know they do not offer breakfast. But if they could add some for extra price :)
