magdalena (5/5): Ganz schlechte Leistung von Booking.com - Die Einrichtungen des Gebäude waren ok. Wie kommen sie auf eine Bewertung von 9 ? Ursprünglich war das eine nette, kleine Wohnung, jetzt ist sie total vernachlässigt und schmutzig. Türen schmutzig und voll von Aufklebertückständen. Küche: Bestecklade nur mit Anstrengung zu öffnen, Backrohr mit eingebrannten Speisenrückständen. Es gibt KEINE KAFFEEMACHINE (auch nicht nach Rückfrage)kein Dosenöffner, kein Gemüseschäler, dafür aber viel zu grosse, eingebrannteTöpfe, verschmutzter Besen, keine Tücher zum Wasserschieber. Der alte Toaster mit Zwischenstecker hat beim ersten Versuch einen Kurzschluss ausgelöst und war dann ausser Betrieb. Der Essplatz ist voll von Fettflecken und Speiseresten an den Wänden. Das Bad glänzt mit einem herausgefallenen Türrahmenteil (steht daneben) Die WC-Brille schwingt zu beiden Seiten. Die Dusche ist voll von Schimmelflecken. Im Schlaf Zimmer hängen die Türdichtungen des Kastens heraus. Die Krönung ist die ENDREINIGUNG FÜR USD 80,-- aber sofort kam IHRE ANFRAGE ob wir eingezogen sind und bezahlt haben, damit die ihre Provision erhalten, ganz ohne Produktkontrolle und jetzt erscheint überhaupt die Reservierung als STORNIERT. Von Ihren Leistungen bei der Fluganulierung will erst gar nicht reden. Jämmerlich
