Agnese (9/5): - The location is excellent, and the apartment itself is very nice and comfortable. The view of Lake Como is absolutely beautiful and was one of the highlights of our stay. We also enjoyed the swimming pool. I would suggest reconsidering the "starter kit only" policy for guests staying three nights or longer. For 1–2 night stays, the current provision is understandable. However, during our 4-night stay, it would have been appreciated to have additional coffee capsules and more than two rolls of toilet paper provided. It would also be a nice touch to offer a complimentary bottle of water and perhaps bottle of wine as a welcome gesture, especially for guests arriving in the evening when nearby shops may already be closed. These are only suggestions for improvement, as overall we had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed the apartment and its beautiful surroundings.

Margaret (9/5): A lovely stay in a historic house with a perfect location - This was a great apartment, superbly located for the centre of town and close to the ferry port and the bus station - the history of the house was interesting too. There was parking, but we didn't have or need a car - we went everywhere by bus or boat. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a large fridge. The staff were also very helpful, liaising with us before and afterwards so that check-in and check-out were smooth - they had the apartment ready for us early and were there to greet us even when the office was officially closed for lunch. The shared pool was lovely too - there were never more than a few other guests and we often had it to ourselves. A minor point, but it would have been nice to have some sun umbrellas by the pool - we're fair-skinned and burn easily, so the lack of shade meant that we were only comfortable using the pool after 4pm when the shade started to come across.
Roya (10/5): Perfect stay in Menaggio - Beautiful comfortable and had everything you need. Close to center I specially liked the book with recommendations on restaurants and hikes etc. A little tricky to find with google but once you find the office everything was great.
