• STEVEN (10/5): A very nice property well presented in a great location. Muswell Hill has lots going on and a short walk to EF tube. Clo - Beautiful property. Very easy to access. Huge lounge. Stylish but understated decor. Large garden. Large bedroom. The big spiky bush they obscured the view of the garden. A small gripe.

Nicest place we have stayed in London . Brilliant location as we had an event at Alexander palace and was a 15 minute walk too . So central . High street was upmarket and we found a lovely place for breakfast . All great . Would recommend ! Nothing

• Helen (10/5): Loved every minute staying in this immaculate flat with it's beautiful private garden. - Wonderful flat with private garden, it's absolutely gorgeous, high ceilings, really well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, idyllic beautiful peaceful garden & hardly any traffic noise in the main living room, the bedroom leading onto the garden is bliss, this will be my go to place in London now, it's perfect.

Quiet, the bedroom located on the garden's site. Kitchen well equipped. Located in the residential area, 100 m from the bus stop reaching the underground station in 5 minutes. No complaints.

The timer on the boiler wasn’t working and some of the radiators were cold however the host managed to sort it out the day I notified her so that was great
• Tanitia (9/5): Perfect property for a visit to Alexandra palace! - Spacious place with big garden, perfect property for vacations with your pets! 15 minutes walk from Alexandra palace. Lots of parks and green space nearby for walks. Muswell Hill high street 5 minute walk away with lots of restaurants / shops and cafes!
• Lubena (1/5): Dirty property with broken, old and stained furniture. - The flat was in a close proximity to shops and restaurants. Unfortunately the flat was in a very dirty state with old broken and stained furniture and we couldn’t stay. The photos are not accurate and flat is advertised as newly renovated, far from the truth. There was hair and dirt in every drawer in the bedroom, dirty floors and stained toilet paper in the bathroom plus dirty cabinets. The excuse of the owner was that the builder changed a light in the bathroom hence the dirty dusty floor and bathtub.Regardless of the reason the flat should’ve been clean. The oven in the kitchen was filthy with old food in the door. Staines all over the sofa and rug. Broken rusty fridge. I don’t understand all the good reviews but after closer look the people who left them are from the same country as the owner, so makes you wonder. I don’t need reviews to convince me as we have witnessed the state of the property. I have raised a dispute with my credit card company and send lots of pictures and videos of the filthy flat. The owner refused to give us a refund as she thinks we are not owed one because on the next day she offered to send a cleaner. We never checked in, we were gone that evening and not there on the next day! She refunded £50 and tried to offer me another £100 if I put in writing I won’t leave a bad review.To which I replied I will be leaving my honest review! I’ve informed Booking and they agree this is unacceptable behaviour and I have the right to a review. For over 25 years of travelling this is the first time we had to vacate a property and had issues with, so no, we are not fussy, but having a clean accommodation is the least we expect. Unfortunately I can only attach a few photos, I only wish I can upload all the photos and videos I have! Please don’t be scammed and fooled by her excuses.

• Tony (9/5): Perfect for Ally Pally - Perfect location for Ally Pally short walk and you're there. Close to all local amenities. Flat was clean and tidy. Bed was nice and big. Bedroom located at the back of the flat so quiet at night. All good at the price point, would book again.
• Paulette (10/5): Beautiful Victorian property with garden..just lovely 5* - Location fabulous. Exactly as described..perfect size for 2 people..modern lounge..nice hot shower. Really enjoyed the stay..and lovely approach to the property with lovely tiled path..host was lovely when I rang her and very amenable. Lovely to find some condiments in the cabinets. Parking was suspended for entire visit which meant a 10 min walk back with luggage to the property as the local council were attending to the trees. That was a pain and not the fault of the host. I’m not sure how the host would have known..

• Danielle (10/5): Lovely, comfortable apartment in Muswell Hill, which I hope to visit next time I go to London.. - Location was great, not sure what breakfast is referred to. Supplies like toilet paper, shampoo, Paper towels etc were generously provided for. Kitchen was well equipped for my purposes, and it has the most wonderful microwave oven. Bathroom closet was fully stocked with wonderful hangers, and there were sufficient dresser drawers if needed. I had no way of closing/opening the bathroom or kitchen window because it was too high up and there was no stepladder. I also had trouble with the hairdryer because it had two settings, hot and hotter! Difficult to use.

• Whiting (10/5): Fantastic place to stay, has everything you need to enjoy your time in London. - This is a beautifully decorated flat with a lovely garden. It has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. On street parking was fairly easy and was free in the evenings and all weekend. There are buses available if you want to explore and not drive. Situated right by the Muswell Hill shops with a particular mention for the lovely bakeries, which are well worth a visit. It's a 15-minute walk to Alexander Park and Palace with brilliant views across London. It exceeded our expectations and we would definitely want to stay here again. Nothing, everything was brilliant

• Hannah (10/5): Perfect stay for Ally Pally visit! - Perfect apartment for a visit to Ally Pally. The location is perfect to everything you need, lovely and quiet and peaceful for a restful evening. The host was easy to get hold of and extremely welcoming. Would not hesitate to stay again when we have to visit Ally!
• Andrew (8/5): Very good - Excellent Location! Would definately Stay here for any concert at Ally Pally. 5 minutes away there's an excellent breakfast place and a small grocery. Not to mention the Balk Faced Stag Pub, 10 minutes away which serves excellent burgers. The place itself is a classic Uk home and it's always nice to get that touch of authenticity when travelling. Over all highly recommended

Host very responsive and helpful. We hope to reserve again on our next visit ! Very tiny things-- every washing machine is different, instructions would have been helpful. We ended up simply doing hand laundry. We wish host had provided salt and pepper, and first roll of paper towels, so we didn't need to get some. Overall, we very much appreciated the facilities provided.

• Dermot (10/5): Great property, great location and we would no hesitation in rebooking in the future. - The location was excellent for shops and transport, whilst the area was peaceful and quiet. Considering there are 3 other occupied flats in the building you could easily be forgiven for thinking you had the entire building to yourself. Parking was surprisingly easy although there are restrictions during the day which you need to be mindful of, not a problem if you intend being out and about Not really a dislike, the property is a wonderful example of the period in which it was built, so it has marvellous plaster details, large windows, high ceilings and wooden doors, so depending on the weather conditions, and it was extremely hot during our stay, you can get some warping on the doors making them a little more difficult than usual yo open, but hardly a great issue.

The owner most helpful. Lovely and clean. The fact that I was messed around by Booking.com with offer of free taxi from Heathrow and having to delay the owner
