• Naomi (7/5): - Het appartement ligt op een fijne loopafstand van zowel het nieuwe als het oude centrum. Wel rijd je eerst door een minder prettige buurt heen, waardoor je je ’s avonds niet echt op je gemak voelt wanneer je daar moet lopen. Daarom zou ik deze locatie minder aanraden voor gezinnen en vrouwen die alleen reizen. Het appartement zelf was verder prima: ruim opgezet en comfortabel. Wel waren er problemen met de douches; één werkte helemaal niet en de andere slechts gedeeltelijk. Wat wel erg fijn was, is dat we onze koffers al iets eerder in het appartement mochten achterlaten bij de schoonmaakster. Dat maakte de aankomst een stuk makkelijker.
• Lucas (9/5): - El departamento estaba muy bien, aunque con algunos detalles menores (la ducha no funcionaba, solo la de mano). Tiene a dos o tres cuadras al departamento, con un ambiente MUY complicado por la noche. Nos encontramos con esto regresando caminando por las calles cercanas a la estación de tren. Al contrario, si se regresa caminando desde el lado del casco viejo, el ambiente es completamente diferente.

• JUAN MANUEL (9/5): Estancia espectacular - El apartamento está genial en todos los sentidos. Algún fallo sin importancia que seguro que los caseros ya hsn subsanado. Por poner algo, el entorno, es un barrio viejo, pero ningún problema. Mucha presencia policial.
• Begoña (8/5): Piso centríco cómodo y agradable - El piso esta muy bien equipado y es acogedor. La comunicación con el anfitrión súper fácil y trato agradable. Ninguna pega sobre el alojamiento El barrio donde esta situado no nos parecía demasiado seguro para caminar de noche, es centríco pero no nos gustó demasiado el ambiente
• Marcus (8/5): Für einen Kurztripp geeignet. - Das Apartment war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist zentral. Das Viertel ist nicht geeignet für Familien mit Kindern oder Gruppen mit Frauen. Abends kann es schon etwas unheimlich werden.

• Edmonson (1/5): did not stay there - none Arrived at 7 PM. It was dark outside and the neighborhood did not look good. Host was slow to respond while we waited. We decided the neighborhood was too scary to stay there. We have 3 children. We left and and found other accommodations. The property is located in the San Francisco neighborhood which according to Google, is a neighborhood to avoid due to drugs and prostitution. The host claims the property is located in Casco Viego which is wrong. Casco Viego is located east of the Nervion River. You can google this info. If you want to stay in a safe neighborhood, do not stay here.
• ISABEL (10/5): Excelente apartamento, grande, precioso y bien situado - Es un piso muy amplio y cómodo. La calefacción es excelente y es precioso. Al tener 3 habitaciones nos pudimos repartir muy bien a la hora de dormir. Es muy silencioso y al lado del casco antiguo a 5 minutos. Todo me gustó mucho. Los anfitriones muy majos y contestaban por whasapp a todo lo que les decíamos así que muy ágil todo.

• Michel (9/5): Great place to stay and visit Bilbao. Avoid the immediate neighbourhood - Great confort, great conditions/facilities and a general great vibe within the apartment. Relaxing place. Exactly what you need after a day of city roaming Neighbourhood is quite hectic. Gives you a feeling you are in a dangerous place with lots of weird people circulating. Once you get away from the neighbourhood, you feel like you are back to Bilbao
• Oliver (1/5): Don’t book this apartment. - Dangerous area, we got robbed in front of the apartment. This is not a safe area. Police told us not to go there. The lessor was not helpful at all.

• Fiachra (9/5): Excellent city center, old school luxury pad - The welcome from the apartment contact. Advice on all things with the apartment and surrounding area like parking. The cleanliness, ample room, kitchen bits and pieces. Anything you could really need if you were spending a longer time there was in place. Bathrooms were clean, very up to date and the showers were top class. I like a good shower! Wifi worked perfectly. Beds were comfy and clean. The most amazing thing though was the quietness... It was the middle of semana grande and Bilbao was hopping, 24 hours a day. As soon as you closed the windows and retired to bed. Silence. Next morning, open the windows, the clamour of the 24 hour party people still below😁 So well built. Photo is from the street outside the apt. Not much to be honest. No locks on the toilets? Didn't bother us but maybe it's a local thing 😁.

• Ulrike (9/5): The apartment is super equipped and very comfy. Great starting point for all must sees in Bilbao. - The apartment is quite big and very modern equipped (rain showers in the bathroom, nespresso machine, big screen TV ...) the beds are super comfy. The apartment is very well located - 5 minutes walk to the old city centre and 20 min walk to the Guggenheim museum. Ainhoa, the reservation coordinator, was very kind and always helpful! Me and my friend really enjoyed our stay. I recommend this place! The street where the apartment is situated has two sides: Further down there a very nice shops, bars and restaurants. 50 meter upwards (directon to calle de San Francisco) the street gets a little rough, especially in the evenings. We avoided the upper part at night, so it was no problem for us.
