• Alisha (7/5): Comfortable - Overall property, facilities and location was great and was like a home from home situation. Staff were professional and quick to help when I first arrived from a 5hr drive to a blocked toilet There was a terrible smell coming from one of the bedrooms and I had to purchase room spray which potentially was coming from the carpets therefore they should be get washed monthly that small effort would have made a huge difference.

• tangri (4/5): Location is good and apartment was tidy. Convenient access to the beach. - Key was in the Lockbox and instructions were very clear. Easy to collect Bedding for sofa-cum bed was not clean. There was no duvet cover or pillow covers. We had done booking for 5 people and there were only 3 towels easily visible. We had to call, drop email and response was very slow. Only 1 hand towel was provided for 5 people! Hot water ran out while childen were in the bath.

• Saqib (6/5): Great location let down by few issues - Location, parking, view Hot water went cold during shower had to wait over an hour to reheat. No lock on bathroom door. Wardrobe door broken. Noise from neighbours. Balcony had green growth. Noise from next door building site.

• Ash (10/5): Exceptional - Staff interactions were great, really friendly and informative There was nothing to really not like. The only thing that worried is a little was that the front door wasn't tremendously secure, but this is being picky.

• Karyn (3/5): Not the property advertised - The property we were directed to and stayed in was not the property advertised on this listing. This was immediately obvious because the property did not have a dual aspect window in the lounge and the bed in the double bedroom was hard against the wall unlike the pictures on the listing. This was disappointing because we booked last minute and had debated between a few properties, choosing this one because of the view and dual aspect window. I contacted the host immediately on arrival - there was no answer to my call and a response on whatsapp / booking.com message took a long time - we had no choice but to unpack the car as it was late and the kids needed dinner. Despite some exchange of messages (sharing photos etc), there was no attempt to rectify the situation from the host and the host eventually just stopped replying without any resolution to the situation. I have since contacted booking.com to complain about the inaccurate listing who have also not replied so I am at a loss of what to do. We did have a comfortable stay and the view was still nice. However, the apartment complex felt a bit run down and although the flat had been cleaned, it was a bit grubby and in a state of disrepair in places. The shower was terrible as it leaked in several places - I didn't raise this with the host as I was more keen to get a response on my other issue.

• Kamila (10/5): Excellent Customer Service ! 5 star! - The sea view - incredible to wake up with such a view ! Very comfortable beds and couch, warm and clean. We have had few issues the first few hours, but the Customer Service was exceptional and excellent to deal with - very quick responding time and guided us to the proper directions straight away etc! It was that good that we have rented out another accommodation through them for next 2 weeks as the current one was already booked for this period, so sadly we couldn’t extend.

• A (5/5): stay in a hotel instead for the price . - location not value for the price. Don’t understand the checkout time of 10 am now that we are few years since covid pandemic. check in 4 pm and check out 10 am just does not make sense
• Michael (3/5): Poor - The sea view was good but that was about all. Not clean,was not told about a dirty noisy build site right next door.lots of repairs needed in property. The parking area also appeared to be a builders yard.again dirt and noise. Would not recommend .

• Kate (10/5): Wonderful break with friends and family! - Wonderful apartment with beautiful sea views, a 3 minute walk to the white sandy beach and a play park for the children right over the road! The property was spotlessly clean, well equipped and slept all of us comfortably. Would highly recommend.

If you are looking for a romantic getaway or family quality time with exceptional reviews- this is it I have step children who live local and we often use rentals to spend quality time. This apartment will be having another visit from us No negative comments about apartment or location.
• Samantha (3/5): Could have been better. - The beds, sofa bed and chairs were very comfortable. Plenty of parking space. Kitchen and bathroom floor tiles were wonderful. The location was good too. Safety deposit of £250.00 and having to supply photo ID and full credit/debit card details before checking in information given, of which wasn't declared before booking, I had never come across this before and found it very unnerving, but carried on with the booking because it's non refundable. Not the apartment shown in the photos, we certainly didn't stay in the apartment we thought we were going to!! No plug for the bath, we chose an apartment with a bath because of a child with special needs. Apartment for 6 with enough hot water for two showers and a sink of washing up per day. Toilet brush with chunks of excrement on and a badly stained toilet, it hadn't seen bleach for some time. One side of double bed against wall in what should have been a single room. Most of the windows couldn't be opened, not sure why. Balcony had screws and other debris. Internet connection details were for Flat 3 not ours. General cleanliness could have been improved throughout particularly high touch areas such as switches and handles. Building site next door. Before the host replies to this we didn't contact them at the time of stay because we had spoken to another occupant, Ray, using Booking and the same host and they had been moved twice already and said this apartment block was the best they had been given, so we just got out and enjoyed Boscombe, Bournemouth, Beaulieu and Hengistbury Head.
