• Mark (9/5): Great view and very comfortable room!! - The place is run fairly professionally. I was up on the 56th floor with a fantastic night and day view. At night we could see the lights dotting the landscape for as far as the eye could see, and during the day, I enjoyed watching the golfers at the course adjacent to Tower 2 (I believe there are three total). The room was spotless and when I asked them to clean it, the cleaning crew were there within minutes. The cleaners were also extremely pleasant. The bed was also super comfy, so I slept well. The shower was powerful with lots of nice hot water and the toilet produced a powerful flush (but the seat was loose and needed tightening). The staff seemed a bit flummoxed because I was an overnight guest. They understand that there will be such guests, but as we are not long-term renters or buyers, they are not sure how all of the rules apply. For example, I arrived in the early afternoon and was surprised to find out that they did not take credit cards--an oddity in Tangerang where they don't take cash at some shops. I told them I had yen but not enough rupiah to cover the stay, and they said they needed to talk to the agent. The agent said I could pay in yen, but I only had large bills, and I knew they had no change, so I walked over to the Supermal (next door) and exchanged some yen for rupiah at a money changing booth. It worked out anyway, but I was surprised. One more odd thing I should mention. My flight was at 21:30 at night out of Jakarta, so the day before my flight, I asked them to keep my luggage for me. This seemed to cause confusion, but it was finally agreed that the staff could store it somewhere after calling the agent; however, the next day, the girl at the front at first refused to store my luggage, saying the agent didn't allow it. I had to argue with her a bit but when she realized that I had already arranged it the previous day that they would keep it. I don't want to say these 'twists' ruined my stay. I loved the place and would stay again, but they do need to iron some things out for short-term guests (also the laundry card issue, which I won't discuss because it also worked out).

• Chih (3/5): Got a different room to picture- got Room 807 on 8th floor only for a stop over. - WiFi was great! Area is very clean. Close to a lot of amenities and airport. the communication was great, the staff and service is great 👍🏼 Most importantly, I didn’t get the room I booked for. I got a completely different flat, bathroom not cleaned well, there was no hot water. aircon made a loud noise and the area or that floor, we were in room 807, it smelt like fish 🐠 wasn’t sure if it was the other residents cooking there that affected it. I cannot say it was our flat but that floor smelt bad. 🫠

The person who I communicated was friendly, helpful and welcomed me, even though it was late at night. The only thing I did not like was that the room stunk of smoke. It had an ashtray and clearly some people in the past have smoked there before.
