• Ingrid (6/5): Ich würde diese Unterkunft nicht wieder buchen - Die Lage war gut. Auch der Balkon war schön und ruhig. Da wir mit Hund unterwegs waren, war es schön in der Nähe des Bömischen Praters zu sein zu. Auch die Nähe zur U - Bahn war positiv. Die Einrichtung der Küche ist überschaubar. Keinerlei Haken im Bad, außerdem unsauber. Ein kleiner Schrank im Schlafzimmer, obwohl für bis zu 4 Personen ausgeschrieben. In dem eigentlichen Wohnbereich stand ein Doppelbett, ein Tisch mit vier Stühlen und die Küchenzeile. Zum Glück hatten wir schönes Wetter und so konnten wir, wenn wir zu Hause waren, die Zeit auf dem Balkon genießen.

• Tetiana (9/5): - Все хорошо организовано. На смс, при надобности, быстро отвечали. Проживание в квартире было комфортным. Для нас важно было наличие парковочного места и оно здесь было и входило в стоимость оплаты за проживание.

• Dana (1/5): Sehr ärgerlich, Aufenthalt kam wegen fehlenden Schlüssels nicht zustande. - Der Schlüssel befand sich nicht wie vereinbart in der Box, es war nur die Fernbedienung zur Parkplatzschranke hinterlegt. Der Gastgeber war telefonisch nicht erreichbar (Telefon ausgeschaltet). Er fragte erst 4 Stunden später nach einem Foto der leeren Schlüsselbox. Zum Glück hat uns Booking umgehend eine Alternativ-Unterkunft (günstigerer Preis + bessere Lage) vermittelt.

• Katrin (6/5): - Grundsätzlich war die Ferienwohnung okay. Es gibt keine Garderobe, Haken, oder Kommoden. Es steht lediglich in winziger Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer. Für 4 Personen ist es nahezu unmöglich die Sachen unterzubringen, wir haben also 1 Woche aus dem Koffer gelebt. Auch im Bad gibt es keine Abstellmöglichkeit für Produkten, auch keinem einzigen Haken für Handtücher. Nach unserer Ankunft mussten wir feststellen das die Toilette und die Betten dreckig waren. An 3 von 4 Essstühlen mussten wir die Schrauben nachziehen, wir hätten sonst nicht darauf ditzen können. Auch das Waschbecken im Bad war nicht nutzbar. Die Morgen- und Abendroutine mussten wir am Waschbecken in der Küche machen.

• Piotrek Sz. (1/5): WORST EVER. We did not get the check-in info from the landlord who IGNORED US trying to contact him. - nothing We didn't get the check-in info. Owner is not reachable. Instead an AI bot writes messages. First it screwed up the dates. Then it was sending messages and deleting them. After pinging the owner on all available channels (also calling - he doesn't answer phone) the bot wrote on WhatsApp (not booking!) that we need to register first to get the check-in info. The registration is on some external page (namely okup.ai) and requires scanning id documents of all adults. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE. Violates the law. We did not agree to scan our documents and finally got no check-in info. We could not stay in the appt, at 23:00 with kids in the car. On the phone with booking.com support for 30 min. Let's see if we get the money back.

• Cristinel (8/5): O locație foarte bună cu o gazdă care lasă de dorit - Locația este foarte curată, facilitățile sunt bune. Confortul este ok. Gazda din păcate a fost sub așteptări, nu ne-a ajutat cu nimic când am avut nevoie. Nu a răspuns la telefon, am comunicat doar pe WhatsApp, dar fără să ne ajute.

• Delia (1/5): DO NOT RECOMMEND! - Where should I begin? The location is indeed beautiful from the outside, which is the only part we managed to see. We arrived at 15:00, and until that moment we had not received any check-in information. We then had to wait an additional 15 minutes to finally receive the necessary details. After obtaining the information, we went to the entrance to open the lockbox containing the key. There were two lockboxes, and the “host” instructed us to look for the one labeled with the number 8. Unfortunately, neither of the lockboxes had any visible numbers, so we attempted the code on both. Neither opened. We contacted the “host”—or rather, a robot—only to receive vague, unhelpful replies, as shown in the attached photos. We stood in the cold and rain for an hour and a half trying to open the lock, without success, and eventually had no choice but to leave. The phone number provided was also invalid; it immediately went to voicemail and disconnected. In conclusion, if you need assistance from someone, you will not receive it, because that “someone” simply does not exist. I find it unbelievable that a platform can operate in such a manner, yet here we are. Avoid this place at all costs.
• karl (8/5): Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt zufriedenstellend. - Leider waren die Bettbezüge mit einem zu stark richendem Mittel gewaschen, was beim Schlafen als stark störend empfunden wurde. Ebenso rochen die Handtücher recht stark, wenn nicht sogar ein Duft im Raum verteilt wurde. Wir würden uns wünschen, dass in Zukunft drauf geachtet wird einen milderen Duft beim waschen bzw. putzen zu verwenden.
• Namik Kemal (9/5): - Schöne Wohnung mit allem Nötigen vorhanden. Die Abstellmöglichkeit des Autos in der Tiefgarage ist gut, da man draußen ohne Parkerlaubnis nicht parken darf. Aber die Tiefgarage ist sehr eng. Der Toaster war defekt.

• Harlos (7/5): - Die Lage ist super👍 Nahe Verkehrsanbindung, Supermarkt, Bäcker und Tankstelle in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Sehr ruhige Gegend! Schlüsselübergabe und Garagennutzung unkompleziert. Ich kann die Unterkunft trotz ein paar Krit ikpunkte weiter empfehlen! Wir sind zu Dritt angereist. Mein Sohn und Freundin - Beide 18 Jahre alt, haben das einzelne Zimmer bekommen. Sie hatten einen Kleiderschrank. Ich bewohnte die Wohnküche, leider ohne Kommode ect. Habe aus dem Koffer gelebt, was auch okay war für 5 Tage. Bei der Küchenausstattung hätte ich mir mehr gewünscht. Nur 1 Messer zur Zubereitung, wenig Geschirr - mußten die Geschirrspüle öfters an machen, aber okay.

• Baderca (8/5): - The accommodation was really nice. We were a group of 4 people and it was OK. Close enough to grocery shops, metro and a really nice pizzeria. The rooms and bathroom were clean. The only problem we had was when we had to get the keys. We could not get in touch with the owner, by WhatsApp or by calling the provided number and it felt like AI was sending messages.

Apartment was cleaned, instructions ok on how to get the keys, parking at a nearby location. It was too hot for us, with the windows closed the inside temperature would reach 26-27.

Več kot 2 uri sem potreboval z osebjem, da sem dobil vse informacije glede vstopa na brezplačno parkirišče. Osebje ni bilo dosegljivo na telefon....komunikacija je bila možna samo preko besedilnih sporočil. Ena rjuha v sobi je bila že ob prihodu umazana...packa na rjuhi.

• Craciuni (10/5): A wonderful vacation in Vienna - We stayed in this apartment for a girls’ city break in Vienna and overall had a lovely experience. The apartment was spacious and had a beautiful, well-furnished balcony where we enjoyed spending time together. The location was very convenient — just a 3-minute walk to a petrol station and a Spar Express, about 10 minutes by car from the main train station, and around 30 minutes from the airport. The price was also very reasonable compared to other options in the area. There were a few small things that could be improved with a little extra attention — the coffee machine wasn’t working and there were no capsules as shown in the photos, there was some dust under the beds, and the dishwasher had an unpleasant smell. The neighbourhood felt a bit unusual at times, but we didn’t encounter any issues during our stay. Communication with the host was amazing — very kind, helpful, and quick to respond with solutions to the small problems we mentioned. Overall, we had a wonderful time and truly enjoyed our trip. With just a few small improvements, this apartment could easily be an excellent place to stay in Vienna.

• Thomas (4/5): Man konnte es aushalten, aber ich würde dort nie wieder übernachten wollen. - Fahrstuhl vorhanden, Balkon vorhanden, alles relativ neu, auf den ersten Blick auch ansprechend. Keine Lärm-Belastigung durch Mitbewohner. Das Haus war leise, nur die Nachbarschaft war laut. Wir hatten 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Betten gebucht. Es war aber nur ein Bett gemacht. Auch auf Nachfrage erhielten wir kein Bettzeug für das zweite Bett. Es waren auch nur 2 Handtücher vorhanden. Auch weitere Handtücher wurden nicht bereitgestellt. Die Kommunikation fühlte sich an als ob man mit einem KI Bot schrieb, was wahrscheinlich auch der Fall war. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft war minimalistisch. Es gab eigentlich so gut wie nichts. Das sind wir von zahlreichen Aufenthalten in anderen Unterkünften ganz anders gewöhnt. Die Wohnung war dreckig! Wenn man duschte stand das halbe Bad unter Wasser. Beim Aufwischen kam ein Haufen Haare zum vorschein, die sicher nicht von uns waren. Die Füsse oder Socken waren schwarz vom einmal durch die Wohnung gehen. Die Tiefgarage ist zwar vorhanden, aber mit einem größeren Auto nicht nutzbar, weil die Abfahrt um ein Kurve geht und so eng ist das man ab 5m Fahrzeuglänge stecken bleibt. In der Garage zu wenden, um wieder heraus zu kommen, benötigt 20 Züge... Auch dass die Wohnung in der direkten Einflugschneise des Fluhafens liegt sollte man wissen, ebenso wie die "schwierige" Lage im 10. Wiener Bezirk. Fazit: Never again!

• Florian (4/5): Sehr unbefriedigend - Nichts. Freies Parken stimmt nicht. Ich hatte zwei Strafzettel am Auto kleben und die Tiefgarage war mit der Fernbedienung nicht zu öffnen.Der Küchenherd war kaputt und der Ersatz-Herd mit zwei Kochfeldern war zu klein für 4 Personen. Küche ist nur ganz sporadisch eingerichtet und die Abzugshaube war nicht angeschlossen so das beim Kochen natürlich alles in der Wohnung gerochen hat. Haare und Fussel waren überall zu finden vor allem auf dem Balkon, ebenso Chipsreste der Vorgänger. Auf dem Balkon gibt es keinen Sonnenschutz sodass es fast nicht auszuhalten ist und am Abend schauen einem die darüber liegenden Mieter auf den Teller. Die Badezimmer Tür geht nicht mehr zu, da der Boden und die Tür durch das Wasser der Dusche aufgequollen ist. Die Brause-Köpfe der Dusche waren völlig verkalkt. Die Terrassentüre ließ sich durch ein abgebrochenes Teil nicht richtig schließen oder kippen. Beide Fehler habe ich behoben, sodass ich fast schon ein Stundenlohn oder eine Mietminderung verlangen sollte. Es gab nur einen sehr kleinen Schrank und ansonsten null Ablegefläche, der Koffer stand somit offen auf dem Boden. Leider nicht zu empfehlen.

It had free parking which was nice e and an elevator which made it very easy with our luggage. The owner was efficient and easy to communicate with. The WiFi was a little weak.

Communication with the property manager was easy. Easily accessible. We had a good stay. The room temperature was hot. 24 degrees Celsius all the time. No way to control it. That made it very uncomfortable. Luckily, we were only sleeping there and spent all the day outside. Also, there was a lot of external light in the bedroom.

• Sungkyu (4/5): Disappointing - It was nice that there was free parking. It was a newly built building with an elevator and good facilities. The floor was not cleaned and very dirty. It was difficult to shower because only 1 towel was provided during the 3-day stay. (I think it would have been nice to have a washing machine.) The wall-mounted TV is on the floor, and there is no lighting in one room (only a standing light). wifi not working
