- Cassie (1/5): A very unpleasant and unacceptable stay due to poor hygiene and unsafe facility conditions - The location of the staycation is closer to the food places The cleanliness of the place needs improvement. A very strong cockroach smell was observed near the kitchen area. The wall in the second room has peeling paint, while the floor in the third room has small holes near the window area. We informed the management upon check-in, but they only mentioned that they were waiting for the place to dry before fixing it. If that is the case, the unit should not have been opened for booking. We also found bedbugs and small insects on the bed and bedsheets, which caused itchiness and skin sensitivity during our stay. As a result, we were forced to sleep on the floor/sofa that night. Despite requesting a full refund, we were still required to pay the cleaning fee. We only received a refund for the second night, as we checked out on the second day and had to find alternative accommodation. Overall, the experience was very unpleasant. Additionally, the facilities, such as the swimming pool, were disappointing. The tiles in the pool have peeled off, and there were dead insects floating on the water surface. This raises serious hygiene concerns, and it is not safe for both adults and children to use the pool under such conditions.

- Desmond (7/5): A nice stay with a few shortcomings. - The property was clean. The beds were ok and bed linens were clean. Check-in process was smooth and easy. The table tennis facility was fantastic. Furniture & fittings were inadequate. There was no clothes drying rack provided so the washing machine was effectively useless. We (6 adults) stayed 4 days\3 nights but the host only supplied 2 rolls of toilet paper.
