• Miles (10/5): Excellent value and cozy accommodations! - Excellent location close to everything and incredible space in back yard for traveling pets. This was a better value than staying in a hotel with pets and fees and we had the whole house and yard to ourselves! Shower water temp could be a bit higher…couldn’t get a hot shower

• Terry (10/5): Clean charming and comfortable house in a terrific location. Great for a family gathering. - The owner was immediately available by telephone at all times. Keys were in a lockbox. We chose the house largely for the location, near Lake bottom park and one sister's house. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe feeling. Just blocks from the grocery store. It was a comfortable house to host a family birthday party for our brother's 75th birthday. Coffee was provided for the Keurig. The fridge was large and new. There was ample room in the living room and yet it was cozy. A big dining table seated 6 easily for meals and games. The king-sized bed was so comfortable and there were ample blankets. I wish we had had time to have a campfire in the pit in the fenced back yard. Covered porches front and back for smokers. My brother-in-law brought his antenna for the big tv so we could watch some football. We accessed our Netflix on the Smart TV. The Washer/Dryer was a plus. Overall, a terrific experience. The water at the sinks was SCALDING- much too hot - though the tub was fine. It would have been helpful to have instructions for the thermostat and keurig- the coffee overran twice, and the thermostat was hit or miss with the touch adjustment on the side. More washcloths in the bathroom would have been a plus, as well as more towels and cloths in the kitchen. A few dishwasher pods would be great, as that is not something guests tend to remember to bring or even buy. A few more bowls in the kitchen to serve 6. These are mostly small improvements in a very positive experience. Most important is to adjust that water heater!
