• Lyne (8/5): Séjour agréable et satisfaisant. - La piscine, le jacuzzi ouvert jusqu'à 22hre. Facilité de stationnement. Proximité avec le centre-ville. La tranquillité des lieux. L'équipement du condo était adéquat. Les séchoirs à cheveux hors d'usage . Pas de linge à vaisselle. Pas de salière et poivrière. Le manque de pression d'eau dans la douche.
• Micaela (10/5): Gran estadía, volvería - Espacioso, cómodo, limpio. Muy bien equipado, utensilios de cocina y todo lo necesario, se siente como en casa. Nos dejaron hasta jabón para lavar la ropa, buen detalle! La reserva es para 5 personas, debería tener 5 sillas en lugar de 4, sino una persona siempre tiene que comer en el sillón.

• Lisa (7/5): Very good place to stay in KW but could be outstanding if maintenance/upkeep was better :) - Location in Key West was an easy drive to attractions. Check-in was super easy/accurate, info was detailed and timely, and the door code worked perfectly. Yay! Have had many issues with other rentals where there was a problem getting in at first :p Pool and grounds were well kept and we felt safe there at all hours walking our dog. Areas for dogs were nice and included bags for clean-up - nice :) Other renters/tenants were friendly. The unit had two beds and two baths, plus a balcony and washer/dryer, which is ideal for our family. The unit was decorated nicely and had an extra blanket available (always good), plus it was well-stocked with cooking essentials. That mattered a lot to us because we have food allergies and cook most meals in when on vacay :) Response from management was usually very quick and helpful. Multiple issues with broken/missing items, etc. in the unit, but most were fixed promptly or at least there was a good effort to do so. We appreciated that :) Repair guys were friendly and competent. Finally, we are used to a list of checkout procedures when renting a unit like this (IE: run the dishwasher, take out garbage, take all towels and pile them in a certain place, etc.), but there wasn't one this time. It was great! I even asked to make sure we didn't miss the instructions, and the management said not to worry about anything - that it all would be taken care of. That was soooo nice :) Overall had a very good stay there. If not for the maintenance issues we experienced, would've given it a much higher rating. With a little care and attention to upkeep, would be excellent all around :) Lots of little things needed maintenance/repair or general upkeep, & we had to contact the management multiple times to report issues. Communication/response from them was usually good/fast, but when repair guys started getting involved, it was hit or miss regarding when they were coming & what was happening with repairs, etc. Here are the issues: - Lg burner on stove not working. *Reported & was fixed the next day. - No plugs for tubs so kids could not take a bath the 1st night. *One new plug was brought by repair guys late the next day; master bath still needs one but we just borrowed the one from the kids' bath. - Outlet in livingrm was broken. Someone had broken the "ground" off a plug & it was stuck in the outlet. *Reported & was fixed next day. - Ice maker was broken. *Wasn't fixed but they did try multiple times & then just brought us ice trays to use for the rest of our stay. - Mold/mildew in the washer; just cleaned it myself before doing laundry. *Didn't report this as we own a front loader like this & knew what to do. **Would def suggest management explain to renters/housekeeping that they need to leave the door open for the washer to dry out in between loads to prevent this. Not good when you open the door to do laundry & there's black mildew/mold on the door seal - yuck :P - Also, the doors of the washer & dryer were both loose and so tricky to close. Probably just need to be tightened. *Did not report. - The ironing board is broken - does not stand. I just needed it for something small so I laid it on the floor & used it that way. *Did not report as it was the day before we left and it was not a major problem for us, but might be for others. - When checking under the kids bed for forgotten/missed items right before we left, noticed that a piece of wood trim was missing from the bed frame at the bottom corner closest to the window (see pic).
• Nina (10/5): 100% awesome! - The apartment was spacious, clean and cozy. The beds, even the sofa bed, were comfortable. Two bathrooms with very nice showers. The kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of everything. This is very convenient for a family with food allergies since this actually allows for cooking your own safe meal. In our experience, this is exceptional; often times when kitchens are described as fully equipped, they are not. This was a nice exception. Excellent washer/drying combination. Nice pool, sufficient towels. Staff was very helpful: we requested extra dishwashing powder since we did our own cooking and it was brought over the next day. We had the most excellent stay! We were worried about the close vicinity to the airport and potential noise problems. However, there were infrequent flights during the day, so this was not a problem at all.

• Jennifer (5/5): Adequate but dated. Not sure worth it for the price. - Adequate. Beds were clean, showers were clean, parking was easy. Pool and hot tub was nice. Left plenty of shampoo. Dated and general maintenance was lacking. No drain plugs for the tubs or kitchen sink. No kitchen towel. Outdated/ small TVs. Small holes in the walls not repaired. Dirty vents, furniture not clean, corners of rooms not well cleaned. Lacking cooking pans, pots. No dish soap, hand soap. No ice machine. King bed very firm. Poor quality pillows. Elevator dirty. Did not fulfill request submitted.
• Mala (6/5): Pleasant - I liked that this site was in close proximity to the airport and beach. My room was not clean upon arrival and we had to wait approximately 1 hr for housekeeping to arrive/clean (a task which should have been done prior to our arrival). I was disappointed for not receiving any type of partial reimbursement for this delay. Additionally, I think the front desk should have a first aid kit. We needed bandaids and had to purchase from an outside grocery store.
• Stuart (9/5): Lovely spacious property in quiet location - This property offers great facilities (dishwasher, washing machine, etc...) . It's clean and spacious, communal pool is a bonus. Easy access by car to Old Town. The location is quiet.

• Michelle (10/5): Clean, Quiet, Easy Parking, Quick Host Responses - Very clean. Quiet with exception to roosters in the morning (and that is just a part of KW charm). Nice pool. Easy parking. Little store walking distance for small items like yogurt... Right amount of dishes, pots/pans, flatware. Seats 6 at table comfortably. We had two bedrooms with two full baths and pull out bed in living room, plus a terrace with 4 seats and a table--perfect for our family. Just minutes from the busy KW town by car, but also plenty of biking trails to get downtown or just walk. Great hosts... I could text anything and they were quick to answer. Plenty of towels including pool/beach towels. This was one of my more pricey rentals (we travel 3+ times per year to various places in the US and Europe+): $1066 per night for this unit. This unit was certainly nice, and choices were limited for my family of 5, but we also wanted to see Dry Tortugas (we go to National Parks in the US), so I paid the price. Key West, in general, can be pricey, so this is what the market bears.

• Jim (7/5): Key west stay - We liked that the unit had a washer and dryer. We also liked and appreciated having early entry. The room is very dated. The bathroom fan and lights were dirty. There was a pair of dirty socks left in the corner of the bedroom when we checked in. The plumbing was rusty and shock in the shower when we used it.

• Tammy (7/5): All the little things noted above have a big impact on the overall experience. - Beds were comfortable and clean. Rooms were quiet. Plenty of space. Pool was nice. Hot showers. Laundry soap provided. Fridge was plenty cold. A/c worked great. Not enough chairs on the lanai. No salt, pepper, sugar or dish towels. Ice maker not working. Blender lid missing. No stopper for the bath tub. Kitchen sink stopper didn’t work. The fan/ light control for one room also turned on the fixture in the other room. Hall light bulb needs to be replaced.
• Ksenia (7/5): Good - If you have a car – it is a great location to get to the restaurants, beaches, and most public places. Great swimming pool just in front of the building. Not so comfy sofa to sleep for 2. The apartment is mostly for 5 people, not more. The elevators didn't work and we were with old people in our company. So not so easy to get to the second floor then.

• Garry (8/5): Quick last minute adventure - We didn't get to stay long. It was a quick Uber ride to Duval street and all the excitement of Key West. It was a beautiful apartment. Nicely decorated. The master bed was so comfortable. I would rent again if I could not find something closer to the main drag. But for price and amenities it's perfect. If I had small children I would rent this place everytime. Balcony over looking pool was a plus. Check in time is 4 pm, which is average for most rental spots. We asked for an early check in. We were not planning on being in key West so this was last minute. After a deep sea fishing trip in marathon Keys The person told me they would try. We showed up at 4:10 arrived at our room. The cleaning people were still there. We had to wait a little longer and asked them to leave without cleaning bathroom floors. Normally this would not have been a big deal. But we had been in a car for over 4 hours stinking like fish hot and not clean enough to go in places to wait. Then our room not being ready at scheduled time just mad me mad. The owner did give us a two hour late check out which was much needed. We could hardly get outta bed they were so comfy
• Gary (9/5): Superb - Comfortable, clean and quiet The ceiling fans were ALL controlled by remote which (would have great), but livingroom remote didn't work at all, and it was a 2 bedroom condo and remotes for each bedroom ceiling fan controlled both rooms (so whatever 1 couple wanted for their room was what both couples had to contend with). Also the icemaker in the refrigerator didn't work.
