• ShaTea (7/5): For the price and location I would stay here again - The location is excellent right by south beach looks just like the picture it’s also on top of a 24 hour food spot and convenient store right at the corner The property could use a few small updates within the kitchen but after all it was ok and clean
• Rimelle (5/5): - Location, accessibility. There is no physical interaction of any kind with property owner. All communication was conducted via the booking site which was a disadvantage. Slow responses or non at all. There was no mats or carpet in the room. I messaged the property about it and to date there was no response. WiFi did not work for an entire day. Message again about it no response.

• Brandon (8/5): If you’re looking to be close to the South Beach nightlife and near the beach this place is perfect - Unit met all of our needs. Very secure building and was very close to our competition on the beach. The manager was great to work with and responded to our messages in a timely manner and allowed us to check in early. Not anyone’s fault, but it was tough to sleep at night being so close to the South Beach night life.

• Cakinis (7/5): Anyway, it was a good holiday - The location of the building is very good, very close to the beach. The host was very helpful but sorry Alessio I need to write some facts as well. Cold water in the bathroom was not working. We asked the landlord to lower the temperature of the hot water. Therefore, we were able to take a bath without cold water. The sink is very small and useless. The toilet is faulty, you have to flush water at least 3-4 times. The bathroom definitely needs a complete renovation. Also the beds are extremely uncomfortable and need to be replaced. Due to the location of the building, there is excessive noise from the street. The air conditioner works very loudly, it is impossible not to wake up every time it works throughout the night.

• Mateusz (10/5): Excellent! - Apartment is located on the perfect spot in South Beach, walk away from the ocean, clubs and restaurants. Connect with the owner was perfect, I needed an urgent assistance and it was solved sooner than expected! Inside the apartment you can find all the equipment to cook, smart TV in the living room and even things useful at the beach (towels, chairs)! Bed was comfortable and clean, and curtains makes the full darkness in the bedroom. Recommended and would stay again!

• Evelina (10/5): I really enjoyed my stay - Apartment had all things I needed, I’m a self cooking person, and it had all tools and equipment. Rooms were clean and nice. Everything for me was perfect.🤩 it was the best location too, just few minutes and I was in a main street with all cafeteria’s and shops, and the beach, where you can do outdoor workout or run. The owner is nice and caring person, I didn’t met him in personal, but he texted me in any case I needed and responded to my messages very quick, I’m really happy for that ! I really enjoyed the stay, and will choose this place for the next time too:)
