• Louis-Xavier (8/5): Je recommande à 100 % - L'emplacement à quelques pas d'oxford street, et même de la gare de St Pancras (25 min de marche). Proche de Soho (35 min de marche). 3 chambres et 3 sdb, avec un living très spacieux, on était 7 et on ne se marchait pas dessus. La cuisine très bien équipée et le lave-linge séchant utile pour un séjour plus long. Les produits d'hygiène à disposition sont top. Un seul trousseau de clés. L'appartement vieillit mal, les interrupteurs sont en mauvais état tout comme le parquet qui semble avoir subi un dégât des eaux.

• Bruce (9/5): We had a wonderful stay! I would most definitely book this apartment again in the future. Ideal location! - Perfect location! Spacious, bright and airy apartment with plenty of room for 6 people. We were unable to control the thermostat. The remote control device for the system didn’t work and probably needed batteries. Also, one of the bedroom window latches was loose. It was impossible to keep the window closed, and it would frequently pop open with a gust of wind. I worried about the rain getting into the apartment.

• Reibelt (10/5): Good accommodation and close to the action. Buses and trains are easy from this location - While the building is a little older the fittings within the apartment are modern. 3rd floor and the lift broke down on our 3rd day.

• Lee (7/5): Great Location but dated apartment - Great location close to central London super spacious for a group. Lacked character, dated kitchen and bathrooms. Allot of road and external noise through old windows.

• Tan (1/5): Left stranded and unable to check-in, then they cancelled our booking suddenly - Property left us waiting at their door to check-in for 3 hrs while we kept trying to call and message them and booking.com customer service, then after 3 hrs of waiting around, they cancelled on us without any explanation or proof of refund. I am still trying to contact customer service to ask for a refund. This experience has been extremely disappointing.
• Min Ming (10/5): Perfect everything! Beautiful apartment, wonderful stay and great location - Central location and very convenient. Very beautiful apartment with cool decor and very well prepared for 7 of us. Took us some time to figure out the lock box and to open the door but other than that everything is perfect! Also love that there is a bakery just 1 minute away and plenty of specialty coffee shops! Supermarkets are also nearby.

There were also extra linens and pillows which was a nice touch. Nothing much to complain about The heating was a little hard to figure out but the host sent someone over to help.

• Wheaton (7/5): A very large convenient central London base. - The location is great. Central and nice neighborhood. The room sizes were great. Overall decor and ease of use of window blinds and heating could be improved.
• Megan (10/5): Great rental for a family stay in London - Location, space, rooms, amenities - all great! It was perfect for our family of 5 and much better than having separate hotel rooms. Lots of restaurants, easy walk to tube station, small grocery, pharmacy, and coffee shops nearby. We loved that it was just a short walk to SOHO and many shopping areas and restaurants. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
• Kaitlyn (10/5): Great Location, A Few Things Could Be Improved, Overal Would Stay Again! - I would give this experience a 8/10, we only stayed one night & checked out at 4AM the next morning to catch a flight. However the only issue we really had was one of the bathroom shower’s in the room we stayed in would not give us warm water no matter how long we ran it. We just went over to the next bathroom but with our toddler, it did make it challenging walking from one room to the next with the large group we had. Check in was pretty easy, I will say self check in would have eased a lot of anxiety for me since it was unknown when we were actually going to arrive & I didn’t want to keep adjusting our arrival time on the host. Location was excellent & easy to find, no problems there. Elevator is small & from what I can remember could only hold three-four guests so if you have a large group, prepare two trips or stairs.

• Alan (9/5): Awesome stay but check in needs to be reworked - Beautiful big airy apartment in great location The check in process is very cumbersome, for both parties. It was frustrating have to wait outside the property after an initial change in trace plans. This is not something that we have had in any of the other properties we have stayed in, in many countries across the world. In this day and age there are many manual and electronic options that could optimise the time involved in manually checking people in

We spent a week at Oberland House in July 2024 and for us – as experienced international travellers - this was by far our best rental experience yet. First, check in and check out were a breeze. Following our overnight flight, the owners generously accommodated our special request for an early check-in. They met us at the apartment to hand over the keys, and gave us a detailed orientation, pointing out amenities as well as numerous treats provided for guests - coffee, biscuits, soft drinks, and chocolate. In terms of location, this flat is perfectly situated, close to amazing parks, museums, and cafés & restaurants. In our case, attending a University of London conference, it was an easy 10 -minute walk through Bloomsbury. For accessing other areas of London, transportation is straightforward with numerous tube stations close by, as well as frequent buses. The apartment itself, accessible by elevator or stairs, is spacious and beautifully luminous, with furnishings that are both stylish and comfortable. The compact kitchen is extremely functional and well appointed, and the adjacent open, large, and airy dining area is lovely. The beds are comfortable, with fluffy duvets and immaculate white linens. The two bathrooms are ample, offering heated towel racks and amazing rain-shower heads. The primary ensuite bath also includes a tub. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and were sad to leave. We are already planning our next trip to London and will definitely return next time to Oberland House on Great Portland Street. As this flat was just recently renovated, there were a few small finishing touches that needed to be done, for example the lids to the kitchen pots were not yet attached. These details were minor, and did not interfere with our enjoyment. Also, the cost is significant.
• Sofia (10/5): excellent stay - The apartment is in a very central location, lovely restaurants and bars arrund. The space inside is very large, the beds are large and very comfortable, the furniture is new. We were very happy with our host, Hugo. It’s great for families, complementary water cookies and coffe pods was a nice touch and the presence of a lift is a big plus. nothing really
