- Anant (2/5): Please skip this Hotel, it's not good for travellers and not good for Howrah train station - Nothing No extra bed, gave a very bad, used homemade thin mattress on the floor. Staff was rude and not helpful. Lot of security checks and mandatory picture clicking while checking in, I didn't feel good that they capture picture and upload on some website while checking in.

- Deependra (3/5): Wrost hotel to stay in kolkata - This was one of the worst experience we had while staying at fabhotel jp. 1. They didn't had fabhotel jp name written outside. 2. Staff were rude and admant. 3. They didn't had basic kits like tooth brush, paste, gand wash liquid, comb etc. available in hotel rooms. Neither they had complimentary water bottle. 4. They asked to pay the full money during check in only but didn't provide the bill during check out. 5. They denied from providing complimentary breakfast though it was there in the package. 6. Though I stayed at the hotel, they denied it, which I got to know from booking.com
