• Gaëlle (9/5): - Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. wir haben sogar kostenlos ein late Check out bekommen. Die Pocket Gardens waren eine Bereicherung und der Pool war genial. Es wäre schön, wenn das Nötigste in der Küche vorhanden wäre, wie Salz, Pfeffer, Öl zum Braten.... Die sonstige Ausstattung war top.

• matmol (6/5): Great location and views, but cleanliness and room functionality need improvements - The building is very well located — from here, almost everything is truly within easy reach. Bukit Bintang, KLCC, and Chinatown can be reached on foot or by a very inexpensive taxi ride. Architecturally, the building is interesting and offers many thoughtfully designed common areas on different floors, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The swimming pool on the 32nd floor offers a truly breathtaking view. Pool towels are available for guests; however, the number of sun loungers by the pool is very limited. During our three-day stay, we were unfortunately not able to use them even once. The room is tastefully designed, but it feels quite cramped for four people. In practice, there are two main beds: one double bed and one single bed. Additionally, there is a sleeping space under the window, consisting of a mattress placed on an extended window ledge. While this is a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the view, it is not particularly comfortable for sleeping. There is also very limited space to open and store suitcases. Unfortunately, we found the room to be dirty upon arrival. There were insects resembling ants on the blanket under the window, leftover hair in the bathroom, a sticky and greasy floor, cabinets that appeared not to have been cleaned thoroughly for a long time, and dirt accumulated in the corners of the floor. Communication with the host was excellent, and he was very helpful. He did offer to arrange a cleaning, but only after the second night of our three-night stay, which no longer made much sense and would have created more inconvenience than benefit at that point.

• Mercedes (10/5): Tolle Lage, wunderschöner Ausblick und eine äußerst hilfsbereite Gastgeberin - Die Unterkunft hat eine perfekte Lage mit wunderschönem Ausblick vom 21. Stock und ist nur wenige Gehminuten von den wichtigsten Restaurants entfernt. Das Zimmer war ideal für uns zu dritt, und sogar Wäsche waschen war problemlos möglich. Gastgeberin Yolin war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns mit vielen nützlichen Infos unterstützt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

• Vincent (7/5): Studio pour 3, propre et bien placé - Bel emplacement et studio moderne. Belle vue depuis la piscine. La capacité d’accueil est plutôt de 3 personnes. Notre fille de 5 ans a dormi sur un matelas accolé à la baie vitrée. Vu la hauteur, il ne faut pas avoir le vertige.

• Connie (10/5): Hele fijne plek op de 21ste verdieping met een infinitypool op de 37ste verdieping! Prachtig! - Het uitzicht was bijzonder, de kamer heel erg netjes, echt niets op aan te merken. Zeker een aanrader. Het zwembad was helemaal spectaculair. Communicatie heel snel en accuraat. Enige nadeel was dat we maar één lift/deur key set kregen met drie personen. Slimmer om als je met meerdere volwassenen bent daar er gelijk even eentje extra van de vragen. Dat was ook het enige wat nog beter zou kunnen.

Les lits étaient confortables et propres. La douche chaude et salle de bain bien entretenue. RAS ( mis à part que les ascenseurs peuvent être crowded le soir ou au check out )

Super friendly and helpful staff by the counter. If you're planning to sleep on the futon bed, take note it'll be warmer as you're under the AC and further from the fan.

In taxi non lontano nessuno da chinatpwn. Ottima assistenza della proprietaria via whatsapp con consigli per spostarsi e mangiare e per assistenza varia. Una sola tessera per usare l'ascensore (che è la stessa chiave della stanza) e un po' di coda per gli ascensori, ma tutto gestibile.

La cosa più bella è stata la possibilità di fare colazione a buffet a soli 7€, avere la piscina a sfioro al 37° piano con la possibilità di cenare a prezzo veramente modico per il panorama e l'atmosfera, si vede il Merdeka 118, la torre e le Petronas, dalla stanza si vedeva il Merdeka 118, 10minuti a piedi dal centro, per i più pigri un grab ti porta li, ma in alcune ore della guirornata non conviene per il traffico, al piano terra anche un piccolo market sempre aperto per le cose di prima necessità, ci ritornerei altre 100 volte in questo posto, l'host veramnete gentile, ho avuto tanti consigli su cosa fare, cosa mangiare e dove andare, ti risponde sempre in pochi minuti. The great assistance and hints to get best out of the city by Yolanda Y.. Waiting times for the lifts. At breakfast at Level 7, we missed good coffee included into the breakfast package.

• Khilan (8/5): Excellent property and good value for money - The room was exactly as advertised for a city visit. The facilities in the building were very good with the swimming pool the highlight. A late night swim overlooking the city. The host was very informative and had given lots of good suggestions. Property is in a very good location for easy access to all the main areas by foot. Max 15min walk. Only suggestion would be to install a shower curtain. Not that it was a deal breaker.

Yolin was very quick to answer to any questions and sent lots of recommendations for restaurants, how to get around town etc. Don‘t use the laundry service at Ceylonz Suites (36th floor). They were extremely unreliable in terms of timing and lost some of our clothes too. It sometimes takes a while till the elevator is coming.

• Lian (8/5): Prachtig gebouw op een fijne locatie - Contact met Yolin was erg goed. Alles gaat via what’s app, maar ze antwoord super snel en geeft veel informatie. De check in verliep ook vlekkeloos. Het appartement bevind zich in een hoog groot gebouw en is geweldig. Veel faciliteiten en je kijkt zo mooi weg! Het zwembad was erg gaaf! Het is schoon en de bedden liggen goed. Onze dochter heeft 3 nachten op het matras bij het raam gelegen, dit vond ze fantastisch. Ze keek in de avond op de lampen van alle gebouwen uit. De locatie is echt top! Je kan vanuit deze locatie alle kanten van Kuala Lumpur op, het ligt mooi centraal en rustig. De douche is een regendouche. Er staat weinig druk op de douchekop, waardoor de straal heel zacht is. Dit is met het wassen van lang haar minder prettig. Maar dat was ook echt het enige puntje wat we iets minder vonden. We hebben al veel gereisd, dus hier viel zeker mee te leven haha.

• Sandra (10/5): Perfecto y recomendado. - Todo me alojé dos veces durante mis vacaciones por Malasia a la entrada del viaje y a la salida jajaja así que lo Recomiendo Jolin siempre está pendiente del Washapp y aunque no la conocimos te ayuda en todo, la piscina es una auténtica maravilla de vistas y la habitación también, si vuelvo a Kuala Lumpur repetiré sin dudarlo. Ah hay Netflix 😅 Nada, todo perfecto.
• Bjorn (10/5): Right where you want to be in KL - A lovely and comfortable suite with a view from the 21st floor. Everything one could need is available, including a washing machine to freshen up your clothes. The location is excellent; a short walk from both Bukit Bintang and Petaling Street. That saves time compared to being stuck in the jammed streets in a cab. I actually can't think of anything I would improve.

• Meriem (10/5): Perfect place to visit KL - The studio was perfect for our family! We had plenty of space for our family of 4 (my teen loved sleeping by the window), the beds were comfortable, the washer and the filtered water were a big plus, and the view from the room was amazing! The view from the rooftop pool was even more spectacular, especially at night (the view of the Merdeka Tower at sunset and at night - wow!!) and we loved all the ‘garden’ areas throughout the building. The host was super nice and super responsive. She gave us lots of recommendations for local restaurants. The location was great and pretty central. It was easy to walk anywhere (or super easy to get a Grab). Yes, there was always some wait for the elevators (4 elevators are just not enough) but it seems to be a common issue in all the modern buildings in the center of KL. We truly enjoyed our time there and if we come back to KL, we will definitely stay there again! Thank you for everything Yolin!

I am able to wash and dry baby's clothes. overall stay is very pleasant and exceeded my expectations. The utmost help is the washing machine, not only baby clothes but I manage to wash mine and husband's too. Location is very convenient as a lot of places are within reach. Yolin is a great host as well, able to recommend place and answers promptly to issues and queries. It is an amazing stay, would stay there again. Since we are already late and behind schedule because the flight delay, so thats very helpful. The host, Yolin are very attentive. Checking up on the guest and send information such as restaurants or nearest places you might interested in. Good job Yolin. The room is very spacious, and what you see from the web is what you get. And even more. The room has iron and ironing table, spoon and fork, water kettle, even washing machine. And every stuff in d room is working. Making my stay very convenient and pleasant. Maybe Ceylonz might want to consider having housekeeping. Sometimes on vacation I dont want to clean up the room.
• John (10/5): Exceptional - First of all, I appreciate the responsiveness of the host. We had lots of inquiries before our stay as it was our first time in KL. She responded to our inquiries promptly. During our stay, she gave us tips and recommendations like which restaurants and nearest supermarket to go. She provided us with the KL public transportation route The unit is clean and tidy. It has a kitchen and we can cook. The washing machine in the unit is very useful for us because we stayed for 5days. When you are in the building, particularly in the restaurant/pool area, you can see the KL Tower and Petronas Twin Towers. The building is near to Merkeda Square (less 1km), Petronas Tower (30mins walk), Pavillion (20mins walk). The area is safe and we usually take a walk when we go eat and buy some supplies (there is convenience store at the lobby, as well). The key card was easy to collect but I would like to suggest providing additional card keys to the clients considering the unit can accommodate 4 pax and there were times the clients went around the area/city into 2 separate groups. Overall, I would recommend this unit especially if you bring your child with you.
• Mandy (10/5): Highly recommended stylish unit! Worth the money👍🏻 - This unit is clean and nicely decorated, absolutely fabulous with a large window and a great view for a very decent price. Superb value for money. The skypool is just mind blowing with towel services. The various pocket gardens provide something refreshing for all to enjoy. And it’s almost centrally located with just minutes from Pavilion, Jalan Alor, Chinatown and many tourist destinations. Overall, I would strongly recommend. Yolin was indeed helpful and accommodative with a lot for tips for eating places.
