• Ruado (6/5): Almost good but please check and disinfect the sofas and bedings. Staff are accommodating and very patient. - That the staff finds solutions to what we need. They are friendly and accommodating. Please clean all areas as sadly we experienced bedbugs from the sofa but other furniture, bathroom, kitchen are clean. They even let us used kitchen utensils and cooking wares.
• tineke (9/5): prima verblijf in westerse omgeving - Prachtig appartement, schoon, goed uitgerust. In een goede buurt. Professionele incheck via een centrale receptie. Ik had dit geboekt vanwege het zwembad en dat pakte goed uit Dat de tax die er later nog bij kwam net zoveel was als de overnachtingsprijs zelf. Natuurlijk stond het erbij en had ik het kunnen lezen. maar daardoor was het boven mijn budget

• Jaroslav (1/5): Tento hotel už nikdy více !!! - Během cesty na hotel nám bylo oznámeno, že náš objednaný a zaplacený pokoj nemají a chtěli nás přestěhovat jinam daleko od objednaného hotelu. Nehorázné chování !
• Evan (8/5): Very adequate getaway spot for the budget minded. - Handy to shops, resorts and Cebu City attractions. Ms Juliet was helpful and attentive when we needed her. Price was very good. Bed was very hard. While adequate the place definitely needs a facelift. TV turned itself on at random times.

Showed him we were supposed to be in Tower A according to the information I received from you but he insisted on giving us an excuse of a room in Tower C
• Franck (1/5): - Rien, mauvais accueil. Nous avons réservé pour 4 personnes et il n'y avait qu'un seul couchage pour 2 personnes. Nous avons réclamé un deuxième couchage mais impossible de l'obtenir. 2 personnes ont dû dormir sur un minuscule sofa.

• Shinichi (7/5): - 街の中にあるプールも使えてコスパがよい 一週間泊まるのにタオルの交換は100ペソ、掃除は500ペソの別料金と記載のない話があった。またトイレットペーパなどの予備品は置いてない、洗濯機も鍵のかかったストックの中で埋もれていて依頼しないと使えなかった。プールの場所も4Fにあったが聞かないと教えてもらわえない。またプールに入るのにはフロントに戻りバウチャーをもらう必要があった。ともかく問い合わせをしてオーナーやスタッフと調整しないとできないことが多いのが残念。また暑いので何とかなりますが上布団ないです。あとクローゼットの扉壊れたまま。バスの水圧弱いです
• min su (10/5): - 단점을 찾기 어려운 너무 좋은 곳. 숙소의 방 위치가 안쪽 끝방인데 옆이 비상계단이라 늦게까지 떠들고 놀아도 눈치안보이고 단독같아서 너무 좋았다. 뷰도 주변의 발전되는 과정의 모습과 바다뷰가 한번에 보이고 시야가 뚫여있어 더욱 좋았다. 객실의 아쉬움은 전혀 없음 너무 만족함 단, 프론트에서 실수로 a동인데 b동을 왔다갔다 한것 말곤 모두 좋았다.

• Damian Ariel (7/5): La migliore posizione a mactan - Ero già stato a matcan,ma non avendo soggiornato a Newtown ho avuto il paragone con le posizioni delle altre strutture,ed essendo newtown l’unica zona decente di Mactan questa volta il mio soggiorno è stato molto più piacevole dal precedente,lo consiglio vivamente per la posizione e i servizi ,altrimenti prendete un resort 5 stelle e non uscite da lì… Della struttura in sé non c’è niente da dire,solo il fatto che ti distacca dalla realtà della baraccopoli che c’è al di fuori di newtown
• Joyce (7/5): great price, good location and friendly staff! - great location, near mactan newtown beach and can avail discount as resident there’s a leakage in their AC unit we managed to stop the leakage by restarting the AC but it always comes back after a few minutes.
• Jona (1/5): Not worth it - Location We were transferred to an identical unit for repair purposes. It was not identical at all. A lot of rust. Broken open tile in the corner of a bathtub. Broken kitchen hood. Missing curtain that separates the living room from the bedroom. Not worth it
• Brennan (10/5): Would be back - The place is comfortable, everything functions well but what makes my money worth it is the customer support, the host helps me from 0 getting to the Mactan Newtown until checking out.. It would be nice if Netflix is already logged in

• Mwerdna (7/5): Never again - the location of the apartment was unreal, very satisfied that's the only reason it gets 7/10 the apartment was extremely dated, cupboards in the kitchen were falling apart, there was a problem with the drains in the bathroom, the cement between the tiles in the bathroom was falling down whilst we were taking a shower. someone had put some ply wood under the mattress of the bed to hold the whole bed together,twice the bed collapsed on me and once I hurt my wrist and arm. there was also an issue with the water supply to the washing machine which was fixed quite promptly. the other issues were eventually fixed (kind of anyway) but I didn't like the way that the owner wrote to me regarding these issues, he was referring to them being my issues which is disgusting, it's his responsibility to have everything in working order and it's not my fault that I happened to be the one staying in the apartment when these issues occured, he actually wrote " it's costing me a lot attended to your needs" well sorry for booking your apartment that's not been taken care of. there was some positives about the apartment but unfortunately his attitude destroyed anything positive for me to say. he promised me free change of bedding and towels once per week yet I didn't receive once under 26 days. I'd definitely go back to this location but avoid booking this apartment block again because they clearly have economical issues, a lot of dangerous tiles sticking up around the pool area and the lighting was turned off literally all of the 26 days, we witnessed 2 people hurt themselves around the pool and one day it will be more serious 😞

• Marie (10/5): Cozy Place at One Pacific Residence - I like how the place is so tidy and clean. All the things that you need are in there such as the kitchen, dining, living space, aircon, and bathroom. It is so convenient to stay in for a short while when you are preparing for an early flight the next day. Nothing so far. The place was too perfect for me.
