• Robert (8/5): On the whole a good stay - The property, was a good location for us attending an event, it had a parking spot right outside the door which was great, and it being on a ground floor was good too, the loving room area was nice and sofas comfy, the french doors where nice to have open and get some air, well equipt property, it had some nice decor, wifi was handy too, it was also nice to have a full kitchen to use and a normal sized bathroom, property was warm except one room. Shower was good. Nice touch leaving packets of biscuits in the kitchen and some tea and sugar, which we enjoyed. Interation with the owner was great. Unfortunately there was a few things we didn't like, the noise from the apartment above was alot, on our first night it sounded like they were constantly moving furniture around and the following day when they left, the cleaners were there straight away at 8am cleaning the following day cleaning the whole apartment, which again meant being below we experienced loads of noise again, but this time it was early morning. The radiator in the second bedroom with one window doesn't work, and the light bulb in the ceiling barely worked in that room, the bedside lamp was the light used when going in that room in the end,m it just needs a new bulb in the ceiling. The beds were comfy until you were in the middle and then it felt like there was a wooden ledge in the middle. Would have liked to have the entry code to get the key earlier in the day, so have it before setting off on the journey.

• Sophie (7/5): Off street parking and great location - Location and off street parking. Washing machine and dishwasher with washing products available for use which was a nice touch. Mattresses and pillows uncomfortable. Needed a few more towels, toilet paper and bin bags commensurate with the length of stay and a dryer would have been good. Toilet flush system getting stuck.

The grounds outside were perfect for the kids to play out on while the sun was shining. The host was great at communicating with me, responding promptly to any queries. Fab location too! • Preeti (9/5): Excellent, Value for Money Apartment - The apartment is exactly as per the description. Convenient location, with parking in a very safe neighborhood. Lot of shops nearby. Took us 15 mins by car to the University of Warwick. Very well maintained apartment. Most thought through apartment we've rented, in terms of guest needs. Highly recommend and will definitely come back. Nothing in particular. Another bathroom or atleast a powder room would make it a perfect 10.
