• Anas (3/5): Bettwäsche nicht sauber. Wir waren 3 Personen im Haus, am nächsten Tag wir alle 3 zum Jucken angefangen. Zu laut und ei - Hell , Balkon und Kaffeemaschine Bettwäsche nicht sauber. Zu laut und ein Hund bellt im Haus.

• Renaldo Cini (8/5): Very good location in a lovely art nouveau apartment - I would have liked if there had been at least a bottle of water per person already in the refrigerator, especially considering we arrived very late. Would also have liked, shower soap / gel, tea, coffee, washing machine detergent.

• Dağlıoğlu Altınbaş (9/5): The attitude of the owners was perfect. There wasn’t one single problem about the communication. Thanks for the warm wel - I like the historical view most and its being very closed to so many tourist area like Sagra da familia and Gaudi’s other works of art. No need to transportation you can go on foot. The only thing is the the rooms are a little bit small and in the living room it would be better to put one more couch.

• Ana (9/5): - Lokacija, čistoča, velikost apartmaja Da sem morala ključe prevzeti na drugi lokaciji, saj se nam je s tem podaljšala pot do apartmaja. Bili smo z dvema malima otrokoma in prispeli smo zvecer, zato je bilo to nekoliko moteče.

When you showered in first bathroom the sink would leak. It’s also a 4 floor walk up. Bombarded with countless check in emails

• Teodora (3/5): We didn't enjoy our stay because we were cold. - The representative was waiting for us in front of the building. She gave us the keys and she gave us instructions. She was very nice and she even sent us a list of good restaurants to dine in. We were unlucky with the weather - it rained and it was quite cold during our visit. We tried to put the heaters, radiators and AC on, but nothing worked. It's unacceptable to pay more than €200 per night and to stay cold. We didn't get a reply from the host about this situation until we checked out. The walls in one of the rooms were very dirty. The sinks in both bathrooms were very small and uncomfortable to use.
• Claudio (6/5): Pleasant - the apartment is in a quiet location, close to a lot of bars and walking distance from la Sagrada Família the view from the balcony is amazing one person from the agency came and he was great: he helped us set up the heating, and he even bought clothes pegs cause they were missing in the apartment the communication on the week before the check-in was too much. I received messages on the Booking.com app, on WhatsApp and on email. The information was scattered across these different messages and platforms. It was overwhelming. the online check-in was cumbersome. The website asks for a lot of information. I checked-in 4 people and it took me 30 minutes. we couldn't get the heating to work on the first day, and it was too cold the sink in the toilets are very low and hard to access
• Sharmila (1/5): WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! - The worst customer service I have ever had from anywhere in my life. DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT OR WITH THIS AGENCY-THEY LIED ABOUT THE FACILITIES, WERE UNBELIEVABLY RUDE, SARCASTIC AND UNRELIABLE, AND SET UP A SCAM. I am very very unhappy with this apartment. It was supposed to have a tumble drier-it does not. I need to wash and dry clothes every day as I have 2 children, I now have to hang the clothes out on the dining room chairs as there is not even a drying rack. We chose this apartment instead of other apartments specifically because of the tumble drier. The shower door is missing, so the water leaks everywhere. The oven alarm would not stop going off and there were no manuals on how the appliances worked, the symbols on the oven no longer exist so it took us an hour to be able to switch it off. We have only been supplied 1 towel each for 5 days which is not sufficient-we had to use these to mop the wet floor. So we need some more towels please- bath and hand towels. There are no kitchen towels- I had to go out and buy kitchen towels yesterday. The net curtains in the bedroom are torn. There is dangerous and exposed wiring in the kitchen, no smoke alarms in the apartment so this is very dangerous. There are no instruction manuals for any appliances. No instructions of where to put garbage when we leave. The radiators do not work. I had asked for an extra heater as 1 of our group is recovering from cancer. There is supposed to be 24 hour service- I had contacted the agent several times yesterday with these issues and there was no reply. I have had a very unpleasant conversation with the customer service agent who refused to gove me his name. He was very disinterested, rude and patronizing. He admitted he hadn't responded to the messages, although he agree ld it was a w5 hour service- he just said he didn't know why he hadn't replied. He told me that I had got this apartment for a very 'few' price. He offered no solution for any of the problems. When I asked about a partial refund, he was so rude and told me that 'Now we are coming to the thing'.

• Barbara (6/5): Pleasant - The location is excellent. We stayed on the top floor with a balcony and a view of the surroundings. Everything is within walking distance. The price included a taxi transfer from the airport, but the free transfer was only available to one location, while the keys were in a different place than the apartment. (At night, in the rain, and with children, this can be inconvenient). It’s important to keep in mind the neighbors, treat them with respect, and maintain silence. The neighboring apartments are occupied by Barcelona residents. One bedroom with a bunk bed has no window. The kitchen is missing some equipment (and a kitchen towel!), and the coffee maker doesn’t work with the induction stove (I hope this will be resolved for future guests). We requested a second set of keys, as staying there with five people made it very difficult to function without a working intercom and the front door, which has to be opened with a key (also from the inside).

• Aslan (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is in an excellent location. It is spacious, with 3 bedrooms, one of which has a bunk bed. I think it might be uncomfortable to sleep there as the room is very small and without a window, though it might be fine with the door open, but we didn’t use it. The beds are comfortable. There are 2 bathrooms, one of which is child-friendly, which is very convenient. The apartment has all the necessary amenities: a washing machine, a hairdryer, a stove, etc. More details about the apartment can be seen in the photos. The metro is nearby, and the Sagrada Familia is just a 10-minute walk away, with plenty of places to explore on foot. The neighborhood is safe. The apartment is on the top 4th floor, there’s an elevator, and surveillance cameras are installed at 0 floor. The apartment was clean. There’s a beautiful view from the living room balcony. And a bonus for future guests: right across the street is an excellent Neapolitan restaurant, Don Kilo, where the food is delicious and also supermarket 50-100m. ~ 1500- euros for 6 days seems a bit too much for the apartment. And €75 cleaning fee per stay. Also, the light bulbs in two bedrooms weren’t working. But that’s a minor issue, I’m sure they will be replaced quickly.

• Dominique (10/5): Overall, the perfect space for a family of four. - We loved the location, the space and the amenities! The one bedroom was so hot! Even with the fan on it was rather unbearable.
• Polina (9/5): It is a nice place in the city center from where you can easily get anywhere. Minimarker is right on the corner. I would - Great location with everything you need. Staff was really helpful. In small room there isn’t air conditioning.

Nice and safe neighborhood , close to Verdaguer metro station, 10min walk to Sagrada Familia The building was also beautiful and well maintained Not a good experience overall, would definitely not recommend it. The room with the bunk bed was way too small and uncomfortable, there is no space to do anything except sleep -no opening windows nor a heater/air conditioning, it could barely fit a person. The other two rooms were decent, though could be improved. The small bathroom window would not close. There were hair in the big bathroom cabinet and we were given only three toilet papers for 4 persons for a four night stay. There were not hand towels nor in the bathroom neither in the kitchen, no garbage bags and no paper towels, we had to go and buy everything on our own expense. Given the price of the apartment this is definitely unacceptable. By the time of our checking out, the cleaning service came in the apartment while we were still inside and started cleaning, forcing us to leave.
• Magdalena (8/5): Definitelly I would stay there again!!!! - the place was amazing, we were the 3 generation family grandparents, parents and teens. + the location: We culd get almost everywhere within a walking distance, + the view from the balcony was awesome + the appliances in the kitchen + and the pizzaria opposite was fantastic! we stayed in the apartment in January so it was a bit chilly, we got two heaters but still we had to wear warmer clothes.
• Đorđe (8/5): Great location and a very large good looking apartment, a few things are missing for a great stay for more than 3 people - Beautiful apartment in the city center Only one roll of toilet paper was left for the 5 of us. Not enough towel racks, there was a door missing on the shower and bugs in spices.
• Enrique (10/5): Exceptional - Enough space for 5 persons. Clean, comfortable and safe. Near Paseo de Gracia. Supermarket, coffees, bars and restaurants nearby.
