• maximilian (1/5): - kam um 1 uhr nachts nicht mehr in die wohnung rein da das schloss nicht funktionierte konnte auch niemanden erreichen so war ich gezwungen einen schlüsseldienst zu rufen welcher mir 200 euro kostete werde dort nie mehr übernachten
• Gertrude (1/5): - Ich könnte meine Begleitung nicht einloggen. Ich habe dort mehrmals angerufen niemand hat abgehoben. In unserer Verzweiflung mussten wir uns ein anderes Zimmer in Wien buchen, ansonsten hätten wir diese Nacht auf der Straße verbringen müssen. But you have kitchen ;-) Slow speeds/LOW SIGNAL internet of WiFi - can't use it, in Room very big smell of chlorine, the main Door of quarter very simple, easy open and very old; lights come easily from main Door of quarter, when you began sleeping... Windows in Room non plastic, in the winter time very cold 🥶 , electric ⚡ heaters exist in Room. You not find here any clothes hangers in Room ! Quarter at 3 floor. You not find here any Elevators 🛗! Over 650 meters from U-Bahn station, 12min walking. Conclusion: HOLE, FOR ONE NIGHT SLEEPING ; NOT RECOMMENDED FOR BOOKING!
• Faruk Salkic (10/5): Good place for a short stay - It is a basic apartment that can accommodate max 4 persons (2 on the main bed 160*200cm and 2 children on a bit smaller sofa bed). Its got basic facilities that you may require for a shorter stay. Easy to locate and enter (self check in with a key codes and key box). Comm with the apartment management is fast and efficient. Price/Value ratio good. No free coffee 😁
• Paul-Doru (1/5): Meine schwangere Frau und ich konnten leider dort nicht bleiben - Es war leider sehr schlecht ich könnte es keinem empfehlen nicht einmal eine Nacht dort zu bleiben wir möchten unser Geld zurück !!! Wenn man in das Apartment rein kommt riecht es nach Zigarettenrauch und Marihuana.. leider wurde nicht gelüftet nicht geputzt und es war sehr kalt im Zimmer.

• Jürgen (7/5): Auftenthalt ok. Anbieter unseriös,versucht Kunden mit Einbehalt der hohen Kaution von 200 abzuzocken - die Lage und das Appartment an sich waren ok. Der Wäschetrockner war defekt. (wurde innen mehrfach mit Klebestreifen geklebt) Funktionierte auch nicht wirklich. Die Kästen in der Küche waren teilweise nicht mehr gut (Scharnieren innen waren locker) Der Anbieter fand am Ende Gründe damit er die Kaution von 200 EUR einbehalten konnte. Also ein unseriöser Anbieter. Nur weil meine Kinder das Sofa etwas schmutzig gemacht haben (2 Jahre und 5 Jahre) wurde die Kaution einbehalten. Das Sofa war weder kaputt noch wurde etwas beschädigt. Man musste es nur reinigen)
• Monika (1/5): Nie polecam tego obiektu, brak ciepłej wody! - Lokalizacja, świeża czysta pościel W mieszkaniu byliśmy po godzinie 20, bylo bardzo goraco tego dnia. Mieszkanie jest na 3 piętrze i bylo bardzo gorąco całą noc. Wentylator nie wiele nam pomogl. Najgorsze bylo to,ze nie bylo dostępu do CIEPŁEJ WODY! Po długiej trasie z wakacji nie mogliśmy się odświeżyć. Próbowałam skontaktować sie z opiekunem mieszkania ale nie bylo pomocy - dosłownej- tylko wymiana wiadomości,która nic nie dała. Otrzymałam przeprosiny i prośbę o wystawienie opini na 5 gwiazdek,nie poczuwając sie do jakiejkolwiek rekompensaty. Nie polecam tego obiektu.
• Daria (1/5): Do pobytu nie doszło bo nikt nie odbierał telefonów i adres nie istniał . - Nikt nie odbierał telefonów przez 2 godz a pod wskazanym przez booking adresie była stara rudera w trakcie remontu w której nikogo nie było :( nie polecam podróżowałam z dzieckiem i musiałam szukać innego noclegu nikomu nie polecam takiego stresu. Booking pomimo zgłoszenia nic z tym nie zrobił. :( opłata za pobyt poszła w błoto OSTRZEGAM bo to oszuści!!!!!!!!!!!!! Absolutnie nic, niestety ale zostaliśmy oszukani i booking nic z tym nie zrobił….

• Remus (1/5): Not recommended- Book this if only if you like cold showers - Location was decent Hot water didn’t work for 3 days, property owners were not responding to messages or calls asking for help. No elevator in the building (the apartment is on third floor).

In apartment 128, there is no hot water, a boiler does not work. The owner kept me on the line and in the apartment for 3 hours to solve the problem. I took pictures of everything on his request. In the end, he told me to stay in the apartment and wait for the someone to come and fix it. It's a story for everyone who comes. I didnt come to Wien to spend day in appartment waiting nothing. . At the end, they will offer you a late check out at 12 noon. Kindly not recommend.

• Dana (6/5): would not recommend - the location was good firstly, they didn’t provide parking which they said they would since it was in the description of the property that the apartment has it’s own parking lot. This was extremwly inconvenient since we chose this accommodation for this. Secondly, they didn’t provide toilet paper and we arrived at 8:00pm and everything was closes so we couldn’t buy any ourselves. We tried contacting the host and he didn’t solve our problem and ignored us. Thankfully we asked a neighbour for some! They also tried bribing us in leaving them a nice review at the end which I don’t think complies with the guideliness of this website.
• Ahmad (8/5): Fine stay in a modernized flat - Old building style with higher roof, clean flat, cozy and furnished with style. No elevator for elderly people to get to the 3rd floor with difficult stairs. Stair house isn't renovated. Flat door was just damaged but luckily could be locked somehow at least. We paid for 3 people but got 2 towels. Also, towels can be changed daily but rather at the end of the stay!

• Mr_clean (6/5): Enttäuschend - The location is fine, you can reach bus or tram stops in a few minutes. Everything is done remotely, the owner was easy to reach though. There was too much bureaucracy when booking, but that's a minor issue. The parking place was not available as advertised on booking, as the one "provided" is just a garage close to the apartment that happened to be simply fully booked (common in Vienna since street parking is very expensive), so we had to find another one ourselves for double the price. The apartment was also quite uncomfortable: the main door was see-through (yes!), so you receive the light from the building's staircase in your apartment anytime someone passes by; to get warm water one has to (think about and) locate the boiler and turn it on following the instructions on it (only in German), all of which was not stated before; there was nowhere to place the towels near the sink - which was in the corridor - so you have to find occasional hanging spots like door handles or chairs: a simple hook on the wall would have done the trick; also you can use cutlery in the kitchen and you can (should) wash it, but there was nothing to dry it. I get the business model of recycling a private apartment for guests and let them use it as their own but at least make it properly usable... Also the street outside was noisy the whole night on a Saturday, but I guess the owners can't do much about it so it's not on them.
• Mantas (5/5): Passable - To start with, the name of the apartment ("Trendy Studio Free Coffee") was misleading - there was neither any free coffee, nor a coffee machine. Then, there were 3 of us (my wife, son and I), however, there were only 2 towels and no bed sheets for the sofa. Last but not least, during our stay of a few days there was no hot water due to the boiler malfunction - the owner kept apologising for the inconvenience caused, promised to come and check it, however, never did that...
