Nous sommes restés coincés dans l ascenseur et sommes sorties en ouvrant les portes entre 2 étages grâce au taxi qui nous attendait ! La robinetterie est vieille et fuit et les baignoires étaient sales et crasseuses. L hôte est très disponible et gentil mais l appartement est très sale et vieux

- Amanda (10/5): A comfortable and enjoyable stay in a well-located, spacious apartment with great value. - A lovely, spacious property that comfortably accommodated three adults and two children. The layout worked very well, with two bedrooms featuring double beds and a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. We particularly enjoyed the patio area on the upper balcony, which was a great space to relax. The apartment also benefits from both a main bathroom and an en-suite, which was very convenient. The location is excellent—central and just a short walk from the beach, with a supermarket directly across the road and plenty of restaurants nearby. The only downside for us was the noise from outside, as nearby construction work started early in the morning. While this likely explains the very good price, it would have been helpful to be aware of this in advance so we could plan accordingly.

- Shira (10/5): Excellent location, spacious and clean. - The flat is in an excellent location for a holiday. Near the beach, near good restaurants, and near public transport.
The flat is spacious with two large balcony areas. It is clean and relaxing.
It is also important that the owner called us before the religious holiday and gave us an emergency number for the weekend. The kitcken is nice but missing lots of items that would make cooking comfortable. It was enough for making salad and eating breakfast. In many places I have been to they provide basic seasoning.
It is near the construction of the light rail, so I assume if you are there on a working day, it might be very noisy. As we were leaving one of the neighbors started making lots of digging noises.

- Miguel (4/5): Outdated, noisy apartment with old furnishings, poor windows, and almost no sea view. - The location is actually good, 5 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from Dizengoff Street. The apartment appears heavily used, significantly outdated, and shows clear signs of deterioration and neglect. Both bathrooms seem unchanged since the 1990s and exhibit no signs of recent renovation. Most of the furniture (with the apparent exception of the beds, which are somewhat newer) is unstable, scratched, and worn. The carpets are dirty, and the floors are cracked and uneven due to age and moisture.
The kitchen is noticeably old—predating modern Ikea-style renovations—and is equipped with dated appliances, including an oven, microwave, and toaster. While basic plates, cups, and cutlery are provided, we did not use any of the appliances, as they did not appear reliable or safe for use.
On a positive note, the air conditioning units are functional, though quite loud. We did not test the televisions, so we cannot comment on their condition or functionality.
Noise is a significant issue in the apartment, largely due to the old single-pane aluminum windows, which do not meet today’s standards for insulation. These windows do little to block out sound, making the ongoing disturbance from two nearby construction sites even more pronounced: one is a comprehensive building renovation directly across the street, and the other is the construction of a new tram line on Ben-Yehuda Street at the corner of Frishmann. Nighttime work is also common, further disrupting the apartment’s peace and quiet.
Lastly, the advertised ‘sea view’ is misleading. The only glimpse of the sea is from standing on the balcony, where just a small strip of water is visible.

היינו עם עגלות תינוקות והגישה למעלית הצריכה לעלות כמה מדרגות, היה מאתגר.

- Nate (2/5): Avoid this place. - Location Parking: the listing stated it had on site private parking. When I arrived, Sion , the manager met me and handed me a parking card and told me parking is off site 4 minute walk. I told him that is not what what the ad stated and booked. Very misleading. He agreed and said he changed it a few days ago. I agreed since I did not have a choice, and discovered that it was a long hot 10 minute walk and 9 minute drive to the parking lot. I later discovered that there is no private parking on the property, only 3 shared spots for a building with 26 units! So this was another lie.
I asked him to find us another property with parking and he said he has none or we could just cancel. Not possible with 4 kids. I asked if he can at least get is the parking from a lot 1 block away and he did not.
Cleanliness: roach crawling in shower

4 small towels for 4 5!people for 2 days. He brought another small towel after my request.
Bottom line: misleading management, terrible service. Avoid this place

- Fabio (8/5): Very good - Amazing location. Few meters from the beach, walking distance to Carmel Market. Parking lot - if You don't have a "mini car" will be almost impossible to park your car - had to close both side mirrors to enter the building to the parking lot and had to leave the car from the other side of the drivers side -. Had no space to open the drivers door.
Kitchen - old/outdated cabinets, had a coffe machine, but no sugar or sweetener.

Close to the beach
Close to many shules (including the International Shule)! This is literally 5 doors down on the same Street
which made it very convinenent for Shabat davening!
The place was very comfortable overall and we all had a great time in Tel Aviv
Beds were very comfortable and it was nice having 2 full bathrooms.
The host was very nice and met us with the keys and explained to us about the apartment
A huge bonus is having parking in the building (a little hard to get in and out)
There is also an amazing Pizza place beneath the apartment called Pizza Garage and it is amazing and Kosher! For religious people there is no Shabat elevator so its many steps (84) to climb up.
I have made some suggestions to the owner regarding religious Shabat things
like having a Shabat Clock for the lights if you have more people sleeping on the couch
and having a Shabat urn for tea-coffee and more eating space (tables chairs) for guests etc.
- Andrew (9/5): Superb - Fabulous location, lots of light and good views, plenty of room. We were very pleased to find balconies, as well. We were driving a large vehicle; unfortunately, it would not fit through the entrance of the free parking provided. Definitely NOT the fault of our host!
