• swuh2001 (5/5): Ran into typical Seinfeld Joke " You know most important part of the reservation is the reservation" - The location was the most positive thing about the stay. The staff gave us a terrible explanation of why we were given a room that we didn't book. The Front Manager said they take bookings from third parties but do not guarantee the same room- in other words we will take full money for your booking but we willl not provide you a room you paid for. I stayed at another Hamptons Property in Miami and gosh the rooms and everything about it was fantastic. DC property felt like a terrible and a sad excuse for prioritizing direct bookings over bookings made on third party websites. I'm sure I will get a half hearted excuse from the management while expecting the guest to return to the property. One advice to DC property- learn from Team Hamptons Miami what guest service should look like. Also, please be mindful of vegetarian guests- no vegetarian guests would like scrambled eggs simmering in the same dish with bacon- that's a big No No! There are some three star hotels that don't know how to serve breakfast- meats don't go with vegetarian option (especially when the options are very limited)- again take a cue from Team Hamptons Miami and don't mix and match menus, please!

• inaruginescu (8/5): Nice stay - Walking distance to all landmarks, close to restaurants, nice and helpful staff (Mike at the reception was great). Also, the valet was helpful and very polite. All in all we had a good stay. The breakfast area was getting very crowded.

• Eduard (9/5): - The bathroom in our room was a bit dirty; the toilet paper rolls were half-empty, and there was no drinking water in the room. All in all, a 7 out of 10. In an email the hotel sent a few days prior to check-in, it was stated that parking services would incur an additional fee of $59. However, upon arrival at the front desk, we were told that this fee was $59 *per night*. It was a rather unpleasant and ill-timed clarification.

• Eric (10/5): Awesome location - The breakfast was great. Good for a long stay. The room was awesome and spacious The bed was soft, pillows fluffy. I enjoyed my stay. My room was only cleaned once during my 4 night stay.
• Rcarp (9/5): It was OK - No major complaints, and I suppose I could stay here again if needed. The breakfast has a good variety for a night or two, but it gets repetitive quickly. The room was small; it was clean and the mini-fridge and microwave were useful. Be aware that there is a fire station nearby; sirens blare at least two or three times every night, and the windows are not soundproof. Additionally, housekeeping only visits every other day. This means you won't receive fresh soap, coffee cups, or trash pickup unless you specifically request them, which can be quite inconvenient. I'd suggest more outlets near the beds

We were WELCOMED with smiles, given a great dining location, suggested we take Uber which worked out perfectly. I cannot express strongly enough how impressed I was with the staff. Bravo 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 N/A

The complimentary breakfast was great and the staff was so friendly. We appreciated the valet parking-Alfred was awesome. Great value for downtown DC. Would definitely stay again.

• Felix (7/5): - When I first entered to check in. I saw the biggest brown roach by its elevator. I mean I was so stunned I didn’t say nothing. I was hoping it wasn’t gonna crawl up when taking the elevator. So yeah.. the rooms was great. The food didn’t have all the specialty a usual Hilton/hampton has. The elevator was tricky and frustrating.
• Shivangi (10/5): - Great Location, Absolutely clean , Excellent breakfast The reception staff blocked the entire value of 1800 dollars ( stay amount plus security of 100 dollar per night), in my card. When I extended my stay for a day, the new staff billed the , stay amount again. As a result I had a negative balance in my card which got reflected after a day I returned back to my country. The reception staff should make sure , if they are extending the stay , the amount is not Billed again. Also, only the security money ( 100 dollar should be blocked and not the total stay amount).

• Pablo Javier (7/5): Hotel muy bien ubicado en Washington - La ubicación es muy buena, cerca del centro turístico. Las habitaciones son amplias y las camas muy cómodas. El baño estaba limpio y completo. Desayuno muy completo aunque es muy reducido el espacio para tantas personas. Lo único que no nos gustó fue que no tuvimos servicio de limpieza de la habitación. Al llegar por la tarde después de estar todo el día recorriendo la ciudad la habitación estaba sin las camas extendidas. Según nos explicaron deberíamos haberlo solicitado y como no nos lo aclararon y no lo sabíamos, no lo hicimos. El personal era correcto pero poco amable.

• Christine (6/5): - location It’s exactly what you would expect for the price. The location is excellent and very safe. While the hotel is a bit dated, it is clean overall. Breakfast is fairly basic just enough to grab a quick bite if you’re on a busy schedule. Seating is limited, so you may have to wait if you arrive later. However, there were a couple of issues during our stay. After leaving a cup of coffee on the desk for a short time, ants quickly gathered around it, which was concerning. We chose not to request service at the time since it was late. On the second day, the air conditioning stopped working and did not function for the rest of our stay.

Some furniture wa - The location was great and a nice breakfast The elevator would not go to the 2nd floor from our floor 3, which resulted in taking stairs. Me & children were ok with walking 1 flight of stairs but may be for an elderly or disabled person. 2nd floor was fitness room and laundry room. did not reach floor. We stayed for 3 days, 2 nights and our beds were not made or trash collected. We were also placed in a handicap room which I did not book. Shower head was loose which cause water to leak into the floor with use. Called front desk and a technician came within 10 min and fixed.

• aida (2/5): We were supposed to stay 5 nights, but we shortened our stay to only 2 nights. This was definitely n - Location. The bedding and towels were very old and in poor condition. The bed sheets were not properly made, and we had to fix them ourselves when we arrived. The towels were worn out and rough. There was no room cleaning service during our stay. The manager was rude and unpleasant. The breakfast staff were also very unfriendly and rude. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. The bathroom sink was not working properly, and the bathtub drain was rusted.

Der Manager hat ein paar Mädchen beim warten auf das Taxi nach dem Aufenthalt rausgeworfen (no more supposed using facilities). Warte immer noch auf meine Hotelrechnung. • Elena (9/5): Downtown Washington - A due isolati dalla Capitol One Arena, a pochi minuti a piedi dal Mall e musei Smithsonian. A un isolato dalla fermata della metro Chinatown- Gallery place. Ottima colazione con scelta dolce e salata. Ottimo anche il benvenuto con una bottiglia d'acqua, segno di una piccola ma grande attenzione al cliente appena arrivato. La nostra stanza dava sulla 6th street. La prima notte non è stato facile prendere sonno causa suoni provenienti dalla strada.

• Celeste (10/5): Good location if you are up to walk. - Location was great. I spent a good amount of time walking around downtown. Came for WWE John Cena's last match. Walking to Capital One Arena was a short walk. The Christmas market was also around the corner from the arena. Another day, walked back from the Lincoln/Washington monuments and it was a good walk (got to walk past Smithsonian and went inside)! Hotel itself was nice. The bed is comfy and the breakfast was a plus! Waffles make everything better! The view to someone's home. It seems too close to apartments.
