• Felicia (4/5): Disappointing for how much money it was for what was received. - Enough towels for everyone The rudeness over the phone whilst trying to arrange collection of keys. Fishing around in the garden for keys. The cleanliness was yuck. Pubic hair in the bathroom and over towels was disgusting. A 3 spot blood stain on white sheets in main bedroom was appalling. Not impressed that it wasn't disclosed that it was an air bnb accommodation but advertised through booking.com. Main door onto balcony wouldn't lock making it very dangerous with my young child. Contact phone number was foreign/overseas. No direct Australian line to call, yet accommodation was in Australia! The lift to get onto the right floor wasn't working so only option was to unload and carry our pram and baby upstairs.

• Daniel (4/5): I wouldn't go again. - Location to accor stadium 1 double Bed was broken called owner and the suggestion was to use a blow up bed....... uhhhmm think i paid for a bed mate! Ended up on yhe lounge, far from ideal, But anyway, , aircon was poor, access to the property was problematic as keys are hidden in a bush. Trying to find the property when you exit the car park is also a nightmare as it's a full block down from when you entered the car park, quite disorientating.

• Rosemary (9/5): Would definitely stay here again - The location was fantastic, close to some amazing restaurants and a very quite area The only unfortunate part of our stay was the beds were uncomfortable to sleep on
• Christina (2/5): - Spacious with good wardrobe facility. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The toilet seat is ridiculous and unhygienic. The shower took time for the water to re heat which wasn't great when there is 4 of us! Not enough sockets. Microwave not near a socket. No gas for the hob upon arrival. Window shutter on the balcony, lose and precarious. I would not recommend this property unless you want a bad back from the mattresses!

• Tammy (10/5): Great accomodation. Will stay again. - We loved the area. It was walking distance to Urbnsurf and ferry to travel into the city. Apartment was clean, host was very accommodating with checkin. We will definitely return.
• Tamara (2/5): Unless you don’t plan on sleeping in the beds, It’s a pretty good apartment. The Beds as hard as concrete - Nice quiet location. Neat, tidy and spacious. Helpfull instructions for entry to property. Extremely old, hard and uncomfortable mattresses on both queen and double beds, we would have been better off to sleep on the couch. I wish I had checked the reviews before booking as this is a common complaint in many reviews, with no improvements made. Their customer comfort and satisfaction is clearly not a priority. Microwave has no power points close to use, so has to sit awkwardly on top of the gas stove top to be used. Wifi is very slow. The drain in the shower was blocked with hair, resulting in almost flooding the bathroom when showering. I had to pop up the floor waste cover and pull out the slimy clump of hair, gross! I had to chase them for the $500 security deposit, which was a drawn out experience. I would have expected it to be an automatic process once apartment had been checked over. They wanted screenshots and pictures of everything when checking in and out, but couldn’t provide me with proof of transaction for the security deposit being returned to me because it was the weekend.

• Helaina (5/5): Passable - It took me 30 minutes to find the property. The beds were too uncomfortable. I slept on the lounge and ended up leaving a day early.

• Rachael (3/5): Not worth it!! - Location was good, apartment size was good and the couch was comfy Beds were like sleeping on concrete, kitchen had nowhere for the supplied microwave to be plugged in and used (had to put it next to stove then tip it up to open/close the door) use of microwave made lights dim and phones stop charging on other power points. Not enough tea/coffee/sugar supplied for 5 people for 2 nights, it wasn't the cleanest place either with only the bare minimum cleaning being done. Certainly wasn't worth the money we paid!

• Sayed (5/5): Passable - The location was good, close to markets and shopping centres Staff response Didn't get the keys on the first night, so I had to wait until the 2nd day late afternoon. Not enough equipment is placed in the house, such as bathroom amenities, blankets, beds. Requested compensation for the one night and didn't get any Overall not worth the money it's asking for
• James (4/5): Disappointing - The location and the balcony Both of the beds were very uncomfortable, they were very hard and short, our feet hung over the bottom. Only 1 tea towel when expected to clean all of your dishes.
• Rhiannon (7/5): Good - The size of the room was great. Excellent location for where we needed to be in Sydney. Kitchen was extremely useful. Very clean and tidy. Both beds were terrible. Like sleeping on the floor. The mattresses need to be upgraded or at the very least thick mattress toppers put on them. The microwave had to be moved next to the stove to plug it in then you had to lift it up to open the door. The kitchen needs another PowerPoint where the microwave was sitting on the bench. Someone was parked in our spot when we arrived, this is not the fault of the owners. Just a pain.
