• smirela (10/5): - Zona liniștită și apartamentul spațios foarte potrivite pentru familii care preferă liniștea.și confortul. Sistemul de deschidere al porții și ușii exterioare destul de dificil de gestionat.Locul este destul de izolat aș putea sugera apă plată la frigider și eventual un suc pentru cei ce vin nepregătiți.
• ahixa (4/5): - La decoracion y la ubicación El aire acondicionado no funcionaba. avisé al propietario y no me solucionó el problema era horrible el calor, no se pudo dormir bien. La cama sonaba mucho el colchón se hundía.Las normas de la casa no te dejan cocinar
• Mariangela (7/5): - Presenza di frigorifero, phon e carta igienica. Prezzo ok perché ci sono molte mancanze. Punteggio recensione troppo alto. La struttura è a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, ma è in una zona poco abitata, ci sono molte case abbandonate intorno e strade buie. La sera fa u po' paura. L'ingresso dell'edificio sembra un ripostiglio, con oggetti appoggiati a terra, stendino con panni stesi, biciclette e varie. Nota dolente il letto, ad ogni minino spostamento fa rumore, insopportabile. Lenzuolo troppo piccolo, x coprirci abbiamo dovuto fare a turni. Presenza di un solo telo x ospite, con lo stesso abbiamo dovuto asciugare viso, corpo, piedi e parti intime (basterebbe aggiungerne un altro piccolo per ospite). Ragnatele sul tetto. Assenza di persiane esterne e tende troppo piccole e chiare che facevano entrare troppa luce al mattino. La sera con le luci accese c'è pochissima privacy. Presenza di muffa nelle piastrelle interne della doccia e lungo i binari del box doccia (basterebbe usare un pò di candeggina per eliminarla). Assenza di lampade sul comodino, ci sono solo luci a soffitto. Basterebbero alcuni accorgimenti x migliorare sulle carenze.

Загалом нам сподобалось! Ліжко дуже сильно скрипить. Якщо ви перевертаєтесь уві сні, то можете самі себе розбудити. Найментий рух, і ліжко скрипить. Це трохи засмутило. Хоча вцілому воно просторе і м'яке

Έλλειψη εξαερισμού στο μπάνιο με αποτέλεσμα να υπάρχει μια διαρκής μυρωδιά. Μέτριο στρώμα στο διπλό κρεβάτι. Έμπαινε έντονο φως ήλιου το πρωί καθώς δεν υπήρχαν παντζούρια και οι κουρτίνες ήταν λεπτές, με αποτέλεσμα να ξυπνάμε πολύ πρωί.

• Melike (9/5): - Tesisler ilgili tüm olumlu yorumlar katılıyorum. Bulaşık yıkamak yemek yapmak için tezgah çok küçük. Mutfak eşyalarının bazıları yenilenmeli ve tabak çatal sayısı sayılı (4 tane gibi). Akşamları birkaç defa elektrik kısa süre için kesildi ama hemen geri geldi.

• LI LING (9/5): Great place to stay in Bucharest. - The location is excellent, with bus and metro stations just a few minutes' walk away, making it easy to get to most attractions. Sometimes you can still hear some mechanical noise at night.

Scarico doccia non funzionante. Asciugami trovati per 3 persone e accusati di aver sottratto noi quelli della quarta persona.

However i stayed in two properties throughout my stay with the same host and in one of them (even closer to old town) i got random people coming and knocking on the door at random times (usually evening) and even TRYING to open a door. This definitely wasn't a nice experience tbh... Other than that property was nice.

I think it’s not comfortable for 4 persons it’s only for three . Also the couch was really bad . We didn’t sleep well because it doesn't open well and there are big gaps.I think it’s the only problem

The heat pump was nice as it was quite warm while we were there . 10 or so minute walk to the old town and close to public transit . We really enjoyed our stay , would go back . Shower head holder not working properly . My wife found the neighbourhood a little seedy but Bucharest is old and a big city . We were just fine after the first day .

• Olga (10/5): Exceptional - We are passing through the city! Despite our late visit, we were provided with full information for settling in! The apartments are located in the center, everything is within walking distance. Everything was very comfortable! Next time we will definitely stay here!
• Svetla (10/5): Exceptional - Clean, comfortable place, felt like a real home. We had everything we needed, even some extras (good coffee, cookies, some wine) - much appreciated. The apartment is right next to the old town, yet quiet, free street parking. There was a problem with the listing. We booked and paid for 3 but got a confirmation for 2. Apparently the hosts got a confirmation for 2 as well as there were sheets for 2 persons only. Luckily we had a set of bed sheets we needed for another night on our trip, so we were good.

We arrived with a rental car and it is incredibly easy to find a parking space in front of the apartment. The apartment was comfy, it had a lot of space. All the fundamental equipment was pre-arranged. The apartment is same as the photos. The location seems safe and very close to Old Town. None! But not to annoy your neighbors, it is very important to know that there is a very loud outside door. One should be very careful while closing the door. All neighbors were really careful about the door and you should be too.

• Maria (10/5): 10/10 Reccomended - We just got back from our trip to Romania and the three of us (a couple + 1 other adult) were very satisfied with our stay in this place. We spent here two nights and the location is perfect - very close to the Old Town in Bucharest, perfect for a walk and even closer to the metro station, and in the same time the place was very quiet for a good rest and there were more than enough free parking spots nearby, so it was great! The host is understanding and he made sure we as guests had a good time - the apartment was squeaky clean, everything is new and in good condition, waters and coffee with milk waited for us on our arrival and the romantic atmosphere in the main bedroom with the heated electric fireplace made us feel well taken care of. The kitchen is fully furnished with utensils, dishes and equipment for cooking so a longer stay in the place will be convenient, even for families since there are also plenty of cleaning supplies if you make the accidental mess while there. :D We will definitely choose this place again if we visit Bucharest in the future!
